Transparent Calendar Widget
It currently has the following configuration options:
* Select which calendars to be used when showing events in the widget
* Select colors for each calendar ( that shows up on the left of the row)
On Android 4.2
- 4.4 it's also possible to add the widget to your lock screen. (On 5.0 and later Google removed this functionality from Android)

Nice calendar widget. Shows upcoming events from your calendars without excess of bells and whistles. Some things to wish, though: I am not sure I like that colored bullets. And the font size might be customizable. The current font is too small for me, it's hard on eyes.
Wow! This is exactly the kind of calendar widget I was looking for. The dimensions are perfect. I have been looking for a long time for a smaller calendar widget that would fit on my home screen and this is it! Most/All of the other widget apps have calendars that are too large.
Nice for when you have a dark background. 2 major flaws - 1. Not very adjustable (still forced white text colour, still forced font size), 2. Not re-adjustable once widget is placed (neither via yet unplaced app icon in drawer, nor via double tap or some other special action like the way Minimalistic Texts - not a calendar widget - handles it)
Nice and simple and looks good, but unfortunately won't update properly. Reads the calendar when first placed on home screen, but then doesn't pick up new entries and start to display 'loading'... Shame.
I really like the app but the widget disappears from my home screen when phone switched off. Have to reload the widget everyone I turn my phone on again. If I didn't have this problem would have been 5 stars. Currently using different widget and don't have same problems.
I like it, but i face an issue. A previous event can't be removed from the widget whereas it is not anymore in the source agenda. As it is a recurrent event, i still have it everymonth and can't remove it. I've tryied to erase the cache and data but no way....any idea ??
Perfect for a cluttered screen. Just wanted a small widget with a short summary of the next few events - maybe 2 or 3 icons wide since I'm not a busy person. This does it unobtrusively. Wish I'd found this widget calendar years ago.
clean and useful widget ❤️ just one usability feedback: # need to autoscroll to top when lock the device, because, if i scrolled down, i need to manually scoll to top, if i missed to scroll to top, when i come back later the widget will show from the scrolled area, which may lead to miss the current event.
Hi. The app has been installed on my phone for months as a paid subscriber, but after a phone software update yesterday it doesn't reflect changes anymore. If I delete or add something in my calendar the widget does not update to reflect the same?
I like it, when it works. Sometimes it just disappears from my homescreen and in place of my calendar widget, it says "No Events Available". I then have to reinstall it on my homescreen.
Beautifully written, stable widget, simple and light, small RAM footprint (never above ~3 MB), no unneeded permissions requested, no INTERNET permission at all, which is a pleasant surprise for us, privacy freaks. Just one last thing: I would like to donate to the author, but can not seem to find how?
Very and easy to use, customisable colors for calenders. Just wish i could change the font size and color for specific events.
This used to be a fabulous app but recently, it doesn't move on when the event has ended. Tried re-installing etc but no luck. Having to uninstall now
Has been brilliant, but there seems to be a glitch since my last software update. It has disappeared a few times from my home screen and doesn't seem to sit on the correct date as before...
Simple and elegant to put in your home screen while keeping your favourite picture visible. I love it, it's ages I'm using it and I'm still very happy with it.
Finally a functional transparent calendar widget with shadowed text. I just want to see my calendar and my random background through it!
It doesn't refresh, I still see one week old events. It's a pity as it looks great and simple.
Disappears after a reboot. Has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Sad, because I like the design.
Cpean and simple. But very little customisation. Also couldnt see how to edit existing widget.
Not bad when the calendar that it connects to works. Looks better than Google's white widget.
Humm it works, but it is very limited and simple, don't get me wrong but for me it's not enough. It's completely free and have no ads.
Nice and simple but unfortunately I have to reapply the widget any time I add something to my calendar because it doesn't automatically update 🤷♀️
Wish it would remove the square colors, and instead show the date (eg "4 Jan" ) colored, so that it uses less space.
Very good old app... Still best free transferent widget in playstore and no ads.
Love it, I'd love it even more if it had more colour choices and be able to change colour of text
Sadly it hasn't been updated since 2016 and since Android 11 its behavior has been degrading.

Shows events but not reminders from my Google calendar. Otherwise I like it.
Excellent app. Easy to use without cumbersome setup contortions. But I would like to be able to specify font size (smaller so I could get more events in a single 1x3 frame). Also, it would be nice if I could see a full week or month when I touch the widget. Not complaining; just suggesting. Would pay for such options. Thanks!
