All of a sudden I dont get notifications any more and the App keeps crashing and logs me out. They need to put macros 5,6 and 8 on here my Qualcomm went out and I had no way of informing them on the load that I picked up or dropped and we dont have time to keep stopping to check messages.
Over all, not to bad. No message alerts and this will the 3rd time I uninstalled due to it freezing. I still get kicked off and have to change my password again.
Have had to reload the app several times, it is a good app when it works, Constantly telling me I am driving when sitting still, also getting error message that says try again later.
This is not a bad app but when your phone dose one of its updates the the app stops work and then you can no long get on to the app it will keep telling you to try again later.
Good app while I needed it . Also very good company to drive for . Be safe out there New drivers you are the captain of ship just maintain communications with dispatch a give a good ETA . Goodbye my TA family it was just time to move onward and upward!
Needs to be updated to support android 10 ASAP please. Is a great app but I cant use it anymore until it is updated. The update is excellent

App is nice, but for some reason I don't receive notifications when I switched to a Moto G4 Plus even though I have notifications enabled. Everything else works perfectly. Have two Moto G4 Pluses and neither receive notifications despite them being enabled. Otherwise, great app. Update: It's Sept 2019 and I still don't get notifications. Once my Pixel updated to Android 10, app no longer works. Just get a server error message when trying to login.
wow. y'all cant be happy with anything. been using since day one and have had ZERO issues.
I have the problem of it work at first the stops with code of invalid session token which I can see I am not the only one. However, there nothing about how to fix the problem
Has worked great but after getting a replacement Samsung j7 I have to open app to get my notifications now. They use to come thru on my old j7 but my replacement phone they won't. Have had Verizon check it out and can't figure it out either.
i just started using the app before it worked now it says invalid token session
Wife and i have the exact phone, Samsung S5, running same OS, but when she tries to install this app she gets " Server Error Please try again later - this has been going on for days now. Any ideas? Please help!
Since most recent update I'm no longer getting notifications of new messages have to manually reload to see new messages

Always says you are driving when your not. It's hard to look at anything when this happens
1/2 star really........I have an Android phone, I don't get alerts whenever I receive new messages. never have been able to get alerts since I downloaded it. Sitting around waiting for a response from dispatch, but bcuz I don't get alerts, I'm having to constantly refresh page for a new message.
