Does not work. Could not get a verification report. Cal centres do not know how to help. Transfers you from one department to another. App and web is not clear how to draw a verification report without doing a valuation report first. Credits are sold as one valuation and 20 verification reports but it does not make sense if you can not get a verification report before you have to request a valuation report first.
Do not use this app or this company unless you want hours of wasted time and frustration. App does not function properly for vehicle verification requests and call centre to assist with queries is not reachable. Terrible, terrible experience.
I couldn't select the year of my vehicle as only 2 choices came up after entering the VIN number, 2010 and 2011 but my car is a 2004, so what was the point of entering the VIN? I'm still none the wiser as to my car's value after using my one free "credit"! I've emailed the call centre. I wanted to find my car's value quickly and easily now I'll have to wait for them to contact me or I'll have to contact a dealer.
Very crappy app. They steal.your money. App cannot do verifications. No support. I have been from one call centre to the next. Please be carefull
We called Transunion because of installation problems on a device. They don't know this app exists. Asked to talk to supervisor, who also insisted the app does not exist. Only one star because the app does not exist.
Useless app. Wrong car Information and no way to automatically report it. Give it a skip.
Bought Credits, not showing on account. Send email, no-one reverted back. Can't login into app on my phone anymore.
Purchased credits money taken off card but not reflecting.
I am really very happy with this application. Have been using it for more then a year and in this time I might have had 4 cars that could not be found. Other than that AWESOME!!
Used the App for more than 4 years but it stopped working at all with my credits still on it. Therefore just 1 star and absolutely no help from the call centre.
I don't trust any app that wants my ID number and other details with no justifiable reason.

App no longer works. Just comes up with a message "Oops..." don't know what's wrong. Tried with 2 devices and can't log in.

I bought 20 credits and can not seem to use them, I called the head office and was advised to speak to Marilize, I have been calling the whole day no response.I need some assistance please or refund me back
Easy to register but after entering vehicle detail only new price was shown. Retail and trade was R0. What an useless app. Can get new vehicle price anywhere
I registred, got my credit and because it couldn't connect the the server I lost my credit. What will happen if I paid for this?

Trying to register but app doesn't show text when I type
Not even worth 1 star. Couldn't search a registration or VIN number, which pretty much renders this app useless. Feels like the app was an after thought. Not to mention that all "car valuations" will have to be done manually.
It's accurate & have option to SEARCH MANUALLY also.
DISHONEST!!! - DON'T USE THIS APP!! Money deducted from my bank account but NO credits show on the app. The person responsible at Transunion ITC who is NOT available and phone mailbox is full and can't accept any more messages. I WANT MY CREDITS OR MY MONEY BACK ITC!
