Tranzind Delivery

Great! I have never had a problem. Some complain that the food is cold, well...if you order from a restaraunt across town and expect it to still be warm...thats a customer error not a company error lol When my husband leaves for drill every month I usually always order something. I really love it and it came in handy when my son was a newborn and I didnt want to cook. only place that delivers to our area is papa johns or pizza king, so its nice i can have other food delivered thru this app.

They gave me 3 push notifications TODAY (which look just like the snap chat emblem) and they also texted me a promo code. Incredibly obnoxious, and way over the top.

Good I just wish we could get the specials on the menu and use coupons

Always bring the wrong order then take 0 responsibility for it. Lame.

The app is fine, but the service needs improvement. I have been using them for a couple of years now. It was a new business, and I wanted them to have time to work out the bugs in their business model. Well, a couple years in, and I can still count on my food being late and cold about 50% of the time. If I order before 11am, and request delivery ASAP (or usually 11:45), my food is on time and not cold. The drivers sometimes do not know their way around BSU, which in this town is a necessity for a delivery business. After today, I will be sticking to Jimmy Johns and Pita Pit deliveries for a while.

The app itself is fine. The company is flipping ridiculous. Great concept but pay just as much for delivery as the food? 90% of the time the food is cold, and deliverers look like hygiene is of no concern. There is no consideration either. Your food won't be delivered for 2 hours (that is ASAP) and I'm supposed to believe that delivery is an additional 20 minutes late because drive thru is busy? No place is that busy. Final straw.

Great app and company! They deliver from the places that don't deliver, so you don't have to go out to pick an order up! Fast, friendly and professional!

The prices for bdubs are fraudulent. Tranzind charges nearly $25 for a large order of boneless wings, when the large only costs 18.99. So you'll end up paying an extra $6 plus the tax on that stolen money, plus the almost $5 delivery fee. This is criminal and I will be notifying the better business bureau, buffalo wild wings, and someone to investigate the tax legalities that you are obviously violating.

I've ordered from tranzind several times and haven't been disappointed. The delivery fee is totally worth not having to walk 3 steps to my car and be seen in public. My very first order, an item was missing, and my meal was re-ordered, free of charge, and even delivered by the owner so he could talk to me personally. I appreciate their efforts and support this business.

I've used this several times now. I've had no problems with delivery, they arrive on time. They even send update texts and/or emails to let u know they've received ur order, when they're at the restaurant, and when they're on they're way. PROBLEM IS when u go to the restaurant's actual website, you'll find that Tranzind does not include the whole menu (which could be understandable), and at least some of the Tranzind pricing is more expensive, plus the delivery fee is $4.99.

Would give a zero if possible. Several food items, from at least one of the restaurants, are priced higher than the menu price at the restaurant (this is in addition to the delivery fee). They are out right lying and stealing your money by doing so.

Ordered and food arrived promptly, no issues. For all the hating reviews, theres a delivery fee for any delivered service (they don't work for free ya know).

I use this at least once a week. The delivery fee is reasonable. I want to know why every item is priced higher than what the restaurant prices it at.

The app itself is solid - I've had no problems over many orders at all times of day. Payment system is smooth, text alerts are fine, and the menu-picking process is really simple and straightforward. The service - outside of the app - is quicker than advertised and the drivers are knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Great service, so excited to be able to have such a wide variety of food delivered to my work.

I have used this service several times and the delivery and the app is no problem it's is the menu. The menus don't match what the restaurant have and the specials are not the menu. Also certain items on the menu have a $1.00 up charge. Can someone please answer why is this?

I see people rate this as a good app but I dont think it is. I have tried to use it several times and get confused bulky the limited options to pick from. Then of course you have to order a minimum of $10 on top of the delivery fee. When I can get free delivery I try and take advantage but then we are back to the crappy app design set up. I am sure the service is great but need a better app.

I understand there was a delivery fee included with the actual price of the food but my family and I enjoyed the convince and how fast the food came loved the service and the driver was very respectful I will definitely be ordering through Trazind more often!!
