Most useless service and customer support I have ever seen. I have now been waiting my trastra card for 5 months. Every time I inform them that I have not received my card they ask the same useless questions to reverify my address and tell you that they have shipped new card. They have now sent me 3 cards and I have received none of them. I thought maybe it's only my problem but the exact same thing has happened to my 2 friends who also tried to use their useless service.
Best of cards . Very easy to signup and got aproved after one day. I already ordered my card. Single thing is that I can't login within the app. Maybr because I have my phone rooted . But it works fine on my Browser . Thank you TRASTRA .
Not sure, very weird way to create an account,then not be able to log in after you put in all your details. Smells like a good scam to me. Proof me wrong
the app is pretty good and easy to use. Occasionally it crashes, but overall is good to use. I had a few technical issues with it but they were sorted out. The customer service is awesome, they do live, emails, they take about an hour or so to respond. 5 star rating
This is one great app. Load times are lightning-fast. No error messages. Things are blazing fast! But they do have some issues to fix and after the developer response and it's working. IBAN outweighs anything - awesome feature, very convenient. This app is 5 stars!
Good: easy to use, live transactions work great. Alerts on coins are also quite handy. 5 stars. Bad: lags, 'bad header' error had happened twice in one day. Customer service really tries but sometimes they just don’t know what to do with an issue. Solid 4 star app.
Debit card referral prog is awsome! Excellent customer service, which I have come to find out is the most important thing in a crypto. For now only major crypto but they trying. Smooth overall, dashboard good interface. Overall better than many i tried before. Good app!.
Near-perfect customer service, low fees, app always works while high volatility is going on. Very important! Always able to log in, reasonable order limits, one of the best crypto apps ive seen. Transfer fees are acceptable. 5 stars.
good fit for Android devices. no problem downloading and starting initial services and setting up wallets. with crypto you need to be fast and trastra is FAST! No time/money lost so far, accessing my currencies when I need to. I only opened a Crypto account for one specific coin and I’m happy I did it with Tratsra. Excellent effort!
Crypto transactions are instant, no additional delay after the needed number of blockchain confirmations. The support reacted within a minute and solved the raised issue litetally within 5 minutes! The app works smooth and fast. Looking forward to try the Visa card.
TAKE NOTE. 1, my address doesn't fit their boxes, much aggravation. 2, finally got account & card after TWO MONTHS. 3, they want proof of fund source, bank statements of my original 3 yr old previous BTC purchase through another platform & my personal savings account statements (nothing to do with crypto!). This intrusion is WAY beyond necessary AML/KYC authority legality. No problem with other crypto accounts. 4. Now they've blocked my card!!!! Transferred out, STAY WELL CLEAR!
Can do pretty much anything, verified in 10 minutes. Screens clean, easy to contact support. Had an issue once, responded and fixed on facebook, amazing!
They keep telling me that I have no internet connection and I know that I have good internet connection because I tried my mobile data and home wifi and kept telling me the same thing
They removed my review. I signed up about a week ago and decided not to go with this company as I found a trusted one. They have been sending me emails everyday of the week demanding to complete the verification process. They don't seem to get the message when a user doesn't want to join their platform. They really seem eager to get my information for some strange reason
This app is very good!! I downloaded the app to buy XRP to transfer to another wallet. No transferring issues witht hat coin. I had to reach out to customer service once, responded well, live chat is fine compared to Coinbase.

Everything has generally been good, support for issues with the debit card is very good. 24 hour support line, informative. Never a wait to to access my cash. Great job, Trastra!
In a time where every single debit card is free, they want to charge you with 1.50 euro a month just to have the card. They must be kidding. I'm contacting the support now to close my account and delete my information.
Hands down the best app to buy cryptocurrencies. You can buy with a credit or debit card but you get the best rates when you buy with a bank transfer. Almost zero fees.
My Account has 500 euro and I needed to get them out. The OTP takes forever to arrive and I did so many request because it didn't arrive before the timer ends. Now I'm blocked from my account and I can't access my account because no one is replying in the Support team. Please fix your system
Love their customer service. Responded in minutes, no “you have to do it through the app” loved the experience, almost like Google chat. Best service of my life, no issues.
