This app is horrible to use, they make the layout REALY complicated to understand, and you cannot choose multiple destinations and airports at once, neither can you select a whole country to consider more hotels. The prices are also mind blowing. I recommend 'love holidays' for good prices and an easy website to use.
Very bad app and a bad company. No option to leave a review of the hotel after your stay.
I'd love to use the app only the currency is in pounds and doesn't convert to euro. Everything seemed great until that. And it's no fun searching and booking holidays when you don't have the right price in front of you. So it could have been great but uninstalling now and going back to website.
App just won't work anymore it will not sign in and its very annoying as I have a booking but I can't access it. I've tried deleting and redownloading which didn't work. When I try to login I get a network connection error but my Internet is fine! Please fix this bug as its stopping me from easily accessing my holiday
Have used app for 6 years no problems but last 6 months it's useless when trying to book error occurred displays if you manage to book it crashes while trying to pay. Not impressed. Probably covid fault.
Everytime I try to book it just says an error occurred. Phone lines just bounce to go online. When you go online it says "oops something went wrong" Tried app, phone and website. Can't get through at all to make a booking

Really bad app. Urgent messages aren't in the app, so you need to log in via website. What's the point of an app when it has important features missing? I also missed out on hotels due to payment issues with app. Ended up using the website. Never again..Uninstalled. The company isnt much better mind... Avoid
Have always loved TR but what is going on. It wont allow me to book a package holiday. When I choose my flights and go onto book the hotel it states 0 available. It will however let me book them separate costing extra !!
Doesn't work, everything results in an error has occurred. Worked fine for two previous holidays but always gives an error now even after clearing data and reinstalling it
I booked 2 holidays to Vegas with this app, was absolutely brilliant. Sadly the 2nd one was cancelled due to covid 19 and now when I try to look at booking fir next year all I get is error, please retry 😖
Since updating the app all prices are now in sterling instead of Euro's and doesn't give an option to change currency. I've booked many holidays with TR but I won't be anymore.
Used to be good. Now it's just stopped working.......won't find flights, and now just keeps saying we can't connect you when trying to log in! Rubbish !!
love this app, simple & quick to use. just booked my second holiday via this app!! Not sure how to get the countdown widget tho, says how to get it after u book a holiday, but its not showing up in my widgets?!!
wont take payment when it get to verifying payment. missed out on 2 cheaper hotels over 4 days trying to get passed this part of it. used to love this app, now going to uninstall it.
I made online reservations through trivago and then travel republic.. When we arrived at the hotel they told us they only accept german guests (which was not mentioned on your site) and they wouldn't even give us a refund! Or reply to our complain e-mail.. Imposters and theives!
Nice app shame you can't make payments on it. Easy to navigate, however have to go to the website to make payments.
Searched for an all inclusive holiday booked it turned out to be something called all inclusive light, which is just full board. It was such a con
complete rubbish ! this app dues not work on my samsung s4. apps should be kept up to date for use on all phones not just new phones.
Doesn't let you choose an outbound airport, making app completely useless.
App is fine except that it only give prices in pounds sterling. Euros would be great too. Thanks
Stopped working after a week would never get past searching for a flight, back to the website.
What's wrong with this app?! Try to buy holidays from LGW to Sharm,but system give me ticket to Cairo! It's same,like want to fly to Paris,but plane landing in Madrid......
Only displays prices in pounds £ which is annoying. No option to change what currency the prices display in

Always booked with TR but unable to book a package holiday all inclusive and from airport that I want whats happening?
No filters, just a list of hotels...no sorting...could take ages to find suitable accomadation
