great app, user-friendly, AND AWESOME customer service. Keep it up guys! You're doing really great and I hope other customer service provider would take after you in going the extra mile for potential customers like me. (bec. I had to cancel due to typhoon)

First time user and very much disappointed. Booked on a hotel night before our check in date. I was happy because it was convenient to use. On the next day they cancelled my booking on the last minute. No proper coordination with the hotel partner.

Easy to book and easy to find the cheapest accomodation. You can always check the reviews for a particular hotel/inn if it is ok. Overall, it's a must app for travelers.

Very convenient to use and user-friendly. They have hotels which offer optio to pay at the hotel. I have booked a few and would love to continue using it. The customer service is very responsive. Kudos!

The app looks nice and easy to use however, it aint working. It's not allowing to select date and book tour. Uninstall

It does not give me the informations that I want. Such a waste of time. I want to see the hotel's facilities but I need to put filters first. I didn't like it. Uninstalling the app. Did not help me at all.

Great application, I can easily cancel my booking and rebook it again if ever I'm not able to pay on the said date due to some unexpected errands.

Downloaded the latest app version on google play 3 times already but when i try to open the app i still get this message. "Your version of the app is out of date." So annoying.

Not enough room facility/ amenities filters. Choices in facilities like private bathroom, balcony, electric kettle, bar fridge in room amenities would make it 5 states. Availability of smoking allowed or smoking areas would help. Also, hotel prices are more expensive compared to other apps! Uninstalled.

Just installed the app is not working. Keep on saying not connected to a network even though I have an internet connection. Uninstalling.

I will never recommend this service. Poor customer service. You've obviously debited my account and yet you can't confirm the transaction.

Great app for those people who dont have Credit card or Debit Card. You can pay your booking reservations at the Hotel.

hotel rates shown by your app is over priced.. you were suppose to give lower price than the actual price of hotel but its just opposite in your app.. the price shown by your app is higher than the actual price of hotel...

Their customer service reply to my inquiry within minutes and they have return the points that was deducted on my account as quickly as theu reply to my email. Didn't even took 10 minutes! Good job!

Bugs still exist. Saying needs an update but when you click update it gets you into a loop

when i was making my booking i was suddenly disconnected all my points used up all they do return it to my account and rebooked it again thank u.
