perfect app. i would suggest if they can add touch ID.and would really appreciate if we could use it in samsung pay or apple pay.
When resetting password it asks for ID, when you enter ID it gives you message that ID is already taken. How dumb, of course it is taken because I'm resetting the password for it :@
Until now i cant open the app, i have it March but up to now still "something wrong try again later" even i million check my info was correct!! Thats why double thinking putting funds on it.. please kindly fix it.. thanks..
Why on earth do you need access to my files, calls, and contacts? No thank you and I refuse to install your App and may be I'd consider stop using your card.
It opens nicely but after signing it says incorrect try it again,how? I was confused same information I used to register the card using it to but things online trading etc .But now why?
Not login Show again and again error Developer your last update 2015 Have u idea if u don't run then shut the service otherwise to do something its a humble request please

The card works perfectly The App doesn't sign in, only got lucky with the website.
They said this aap made for an older version and after adding my details showing error.please fix it.
Cannot complete transaction, it needs tje older version of android.
It is giving server error and not allowing you to register.

The best ever I've been using my travelex plus for 10 years now I want to activate
The worst and most stupid private banking I have ever used in my life!!!!!! The maximum limit of cash that can be withdrawn from the ATM is 2000 aed and no one told me this when I deposit the money with them. I have tried to widrawn 4000 aed and my card was blocked for more than 24hr. Now I'm on the call for 20 min with customer service and they tell me I need to wait 4 hrs at least to use my card. When insisted to speak with a manager they (thought) they put me on hold, while heard jokes 10''
Why i cannot used this card for purchasing and cant even log in in apps 🤦♀️

Annoyed beyond words. Online transaction is at the lowest limit. I cannot login with the App, saying incorrect username or password. Using web to login provides no room for transfer, only "Add money" in my own case. I need a quick fix of this
