I would say its the worst app to order food, My order id#2359794 i ordered my food which was never delivered, very bad service and no refund. I would say this is fraud app especially if you have prepaid, the contact no. Provided is switched off pathetic service i ever experienced.
Doesn't deliver, don't depend on this. I ordered food and it didn't come, helpline person said its on the way and will be there in 2 mins, 8mins later train left, food was still not there and no one is picking up call
I had ordered a food by paying online successfully and had the payment confirmed from their end too. But the delivery agent said he hasn't received the payment. When he arrived, he said either pay me cash or don't take the food. I tried calling the travel khana contact but the cellphone had been switched off then. So basically I was cheated and I never received any call from their end for any refund. I paid twice the money for the food I had wanted. I am never going to order from them in future
Their food quality is absolute worst. You see some nice reviews and order hoping for some good food and you are served with a third quality food and minimal quantity. Don't get trapped in their food quality. Never recommended to anybody.
Order I'd 2348157 very bad food in my life.no spoon given.leake packaging vegetable and daal was melt..sweet was missing while it's add in bill.Also taste is very bad only red chilli taste in every items.suggest to all never give order by this app.
The food is good .Surprisingly . And the customer care takes time to connect but is helpful.Support them guys .
They have no customer support. I have ordered from here many times. The food quality and quantity differs from station to station. But when one doesn't recieve food even after payment or if one receives too bad and spoiled unfresh food, they should take actions and assist the customers. But they dont
Worst app never received my order. My order I'd is #2359794, I prepaid for my order I never received the food or the money back. Worst service.
Bad experience once you pay online for the order they don't deliver the item. And while submitting feedback if you select 1 star and product undelivered they will show you "feedback failed to update". And app don't allow us to cancel the order. While selecting the "cancel order" again it's showing "no data available for given information". It's really pathetic.
They don't deliver your food . There is no guarantee . If you believe them and wait for your food then it's your luck . If they deliver then u eat otherwise u will travel without food . They simply apologies that's it . Be careful when ordering in such platform . Atleast if they cancelled order also it's fine . But they don't cancel simply they will not deliver . Too bad approach by this platform. Shame on u people.
Worst app. I ordered chicken briyani but I don't know what kind of food they delivered. And we do not find single pieces of chicken and taste also very worst.
Very poor service and quality. These people cheat in the quality as well as menu also. I ordered thali with paneer veg but didn't get. Also the quantity of food was not proper and was less as promised in the menu. They don't even bother to pick up the call for addressing the issues customer faces. Even delivery boys charge extra over the bill amount saying they don't have the change. Very poor experience.

Worst app for food service on train ! I was charged for the pre paid order and even the food wasn't delivered. And the customer care guy keeps making reasons despite calling several times ! Fraud app. Need a strict action against these.
My 2 time experience is very bad. Uncomplete order delivered and paid full payment. So my my experience is very bad.
I am using this application for last 4 years, really this is one of best ever revolutionary application for delivering food on Wheel, one of the favourite and loving app...... Thank you travel khana for making my memories more memorable and fruitful.... . Heartly thanks to the TEAM TRAVELKHANA

Pathetic service. Food was never delivered. Also, all listed phone numbers were switched off. Please avoid this.
Worst app ever. I payed online but the delivery guy is not understanding i didn't eat that day because of this ridiculous app.
It was good some 5-6 yrs before ,but now they are with roadside management. I've ordered food in Andhra part in a train which was a thali with white color ice cold rotis ,lesser in qty than written, ice cold veggies and rice, paneer veg without a single piece of paneer, spiciest biryani cup in the world for humans,bad after sale service ..they literally cut the phone twice to hear the complaint.after we finished and thrown half of food ,they ask us to send a snap without which they refuse action
Absolutely pathetic service. Its actually true that they dont deliver the order if you pay for it in advance. Moreover after one time they will not even pick up your call to look into your concern. Very very disappointed with the app. Do not trust this app and pay in advance. It is a complete fraud. My Order id was 2148367. Initiate my refund and refund the amount in my bank account and not in travel wallet.

There is no option to provide an alternative number . In train, network strength is not good in most of the cases . So there should be an option to provide 2 number atleast for smooth & hassle free delivery. And one more thing, there should be an option to pass a short message to restaurants with special instructions (like make it spicy) . If you are not able to share restaurant number as per your policy , you can pass the customer's short message atleast.
Worst app i have ordered food at 8:05pm and at the time of delivery at 9:15pm they say that food wont be able to deliver.worst cant trust on them.
One of worsted food delivery app i suggest don't use this I have ordered Butter Chicken combo means butter chicken one plate (3 pc) and Roti 3 price but they delivered Chiken butter masal with three box rice
I have tried to order the food while I was travelling it was not giving me an option to order the food very poor service don't be dependent on this app as this app will be a huge disappointment. As they give the better service to the first timers(sometimes) I tried more than ten times to order it out but i could say this app is not meant for what they have described themselves. Waste of time and efforts.
I compared travel khana price lists with other food apps delivering food on train, comparitively it is cheaper, hence I ordered, now I hope food would also be good, will review food quality also after having it.
