Traveloka Book Flight & Hotel

This travel platform/app is not anymore recommendable to use, believe me. They have a VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE now and INCONSIDERATE. I have been a loyal traveloka users before the covid 19 pandemic, so now I started traveling again so I book from them tour and airport transfer but I wrongly put the date of the airport transfer so i request for the rescheduling right away. But It's been 4 days already still no reply from them. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN EVER!! 🥵

It is a great application, it is well organized and easy to use. It offers most of the things a travel needed. It is convenient for those who want a smooth and hassle-free transactions. One of the best application so far it is detailed when it comes to the tourist destination's history and such but it has some minor issues as well. They don't have coupons but they are generous to give discounts. For recommendations, kindly do something about the cancellations of bookings.

Shamefull Don't use this app, if you make an error when booking they charge rediculous fees, even the full amount you paid, even though when you check the flight for the date you want is the same price you paid they ask for double the amount to reschedule, they have awful customer service, just don't use it use direct websites to book flights or another app, if the customer care was taken care off the would not get this rate, but who knows if they are will to assist or will try to extort you

Uninstalling the app. Never to use this app again. Recommending everyone not to, it will be a total waste of time and money. Book directly from hotel or airline. They have a separate shady policy, not in favor to us, and not helpful at all. Customer service the worst around the world!

the CS for traveloka Indonesia doesn't help at all, I have been asking for my voucher code to make sure I dont make a mistake, BUT THEY DONT REPLY!, and when I complained for the mistake they made, the CS keep saying defends as if I am the one who is wrong (even tho they themselves giving the wrong info) which is super annoying for me as a customer! I have been using Traveloka for so many things, even for office travels but this is just really disappointing.

It shows promos but when it comes to payment, there is always a pop-up saying that the price has been updated. It never lets you book cheap flights but gives you false hopes. Please do not display ehat you cannot offer.

Worst! I got accidentaly wrong bookings my date was wrong but they can't fixed it. In my manage bookings there's no re schedule and cancel not allowed.. how many times i contact the CS but the issue not solve, they send me a link but the link was broken 'waiting to fix'.. I call CS no answer busy.. the cost deducted already on my CC..😩 i book flight thru traveloka it was good but booked for hotel was bad experience..

Lousiest booking and travel app. They cancel flights for no reason, take your money, doesn't refund or rebook and they don't reply to your concerns. This app should be banned and be investigated on. Fraud. Scam. Their customer service is difficult to contact and when you do, they don't even speak and understand well.

Easily the most annoying app that bombards me with push notifications several times EVERYDAY! And the notifications cannot be customized! I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE SO MANY MARKETING NOTIFICATIONS BUT I DO WANT TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT MY BOOKING. STOP SPAMMING!!

It has been more than a year since I processed my refund request. Up until this day (03-25-2022). I still haven't received my refund from Traveloka. The transaction has been approved by the airline way back June of 2021 but it seems impossible to get my money back now. Don't ever use this app! Poorly managed and inefficient customer service.

i don't know what the problem with the app because my network connection works just fine but I cant open any restaurant or make an order at all, I've tried with 2 different phones but still I can't open anything. very poor user experience comparing to Grabfood or Shopeefood

Poor customer service especially when it comes to rescheduling and refund! The bot asked me for the same information over and over and over again! Traveloka also gives the wrong solution! I was informed to call the airline directly but the airline told me that I cannot process it because it has to go through Traveloka! And this happened to me twice, for international and domestic flights! Traveloka's delay in response and wrong information caused me to lose money!

Be careful when booking a room via this apps. Seem that they don't have quality control of lots of hotels advertised here.. Lots of scams. Advertised room doesn't match the reality (different room, interiors, facilities). The customer service couldn't do much as well. They couldn't refund because refund policy is 100% based on hotel policy, even if it was a scam.

If only there's a lower rating than 1 star to express my extreme disappointment... I booked in one of their hotels and a housekeeper turned us down because they said they are already closed. I had raised refund complaints with Traveloka regarding this but they refused because "they had to abide by their booking policy." By the way, that hotel is still available in their app (the hotel is CASIS PENSIONNE PALAWAN). Makes me wonder how many closed hotels there are in their app...

Bad experience, to voucher that cannot work.. on the Indonesia based, why on earth you are recommending a voucher (yes! Traveloka is recommending the hotel because you can use the voucher, it said!) BUT when check it out, it says the voucher is not valid!!! Very bad! And try to use other voucher, met all the criteria but again voucher is invalid. Why? Really why? Better not offering anything from begining! Let's be transparent with your customers!

So far i've been loving the Traveloka Eats but i have problem with the EatsDelivery. #1 Why if the driver cancelled the order then the entire order is being cancelled? Why not giving option to look for other driver? #2 So far i've been refunded (bcause of no#1 reason for 2 times. And the #1 refund went well. I'm still waiting to get refunded for the 2nd. The problem is my refund history isn't recorded in the past refund (even for the #1 refund). Keep up the improvement for the team.

The refund system is lousy. Tried getting back my money, due to wrong date. Lost 50% of it, luckily it was a cheap one. Better book through Agoda guys! The Customer service also chat like a robot. People do make mistake, cant you just understand us & stop mentioning all your policies? Dont waste time using this app!

I'm trying to reschedule flights and hotel, everytime i tried to pick new flight it says not available. And i even contacted the hotel, hotel agreed to reschedule it, but i need to do it through this app. Of course it cannot reschedule and refund my money and said that the hotel policy is not allowing it. When i just contacted them saying its allowed! WILL BE UNINSTALLING THIS APP SOON AFTER I GET MY MONEY BACK SOMEHOW.

Traveloka app issued me a voucher with validity period till July 2022. But the tickets were expired as at 31 March 2022. Complete waste of my time to go down to the attraction. The app also took my money when the tickets are "forfeited" as I understand that they did not pay to the attraction. What a scam!

Bad experience ordering food here, having problems with drivers several times. There's no refund system or cancel order system from the app. You have to call the customer service with your own cost and the customer service did not help at all. They will ask you QUESTIONS for verification and you have to wait their email to be able to cancel the order, what an app! You have to wait while you hungry but they treated you like this, dont worth the time. Would never order food anymore from here again

Customer service of this app is really bad. Yesterday I purchase an additional baggage for my tomorrow flight. And i noticed that my purchase order is still pending even they deducted the payment in my bank and now they return my payment due to HOLIDAY BECAUSE OF THEIR PROVIDER IS NOT WORKING. what a lame reason! They don't have reliever for that provider to release that baggage voucher. This is not right! So, every holiday you must closed your apps since you cant give voucher for every purchase

Never ever use this app if you don't want to experience a dead-end in your online transactions.. After I booked a ticket and decided to add a minor to same flight, they said that they cannot process the request.. They don't have any way to do it; a jurassic kind of online service in this digital time...

Please add option for bathtub in filter facilities features. Ive already use traveloka for many years and i need that features. That will change your rate for the best app.

Be aware that we still must pay instalment charges although the transaction using credit card is cancelled. After emailed back and forth to their payment specialist team, nothing change due to the instalment terms and conditions. So think twice before you do order using credit card payment

Honestly super disappointed with traveloka eats. I would say that I frequently use traveloka eats as my go-to. But in my latest order, even though I already transfered manually (which is kinda impractical knowing all other apps use VA), uploaded my payment, and waited for 45 MINUTES. Already filled my complaint via customer service and I really hate that we must WAIT AGAIN FOR THEM TO REACH US. Till now there is no information about my order that I already paid.

Why i cant make a flight purchase? First they said they have some issues with the airlines and told me to wait for 1 hour, i tried again after that still the same and they told me they gonna fix it in 24 hours. And just now i tried to book a flight again and it said they can't process my purchase cus i been making too much purchase earlier wich i dont have none on the orders menu. smh

Couldn't make payment using credit card and online banking. CS replied me the same disappointing answer with no solution in the end. Total of 10+ CS replying me but none could help. I tried 7-11 payment and it works but ridiculous, how many ppl willing to make a trip to 7-11 to pay? It is as if you don't want users to use your apps.

Useful for comparing fights, but booking number is rather confusing. This app seems to issue two different booking numbers when you book a flight. The main booking number shown on the app is different from the booking number actually used by the airline (which is on the SECOND PAGE of the e-ticket). This can lead to a problem at check-in if you don't have your e-ticket with you for whatever reason, as showing this app to the airline doesn't help them find your booking.

Made a booking - made the payment (1st) - booking status stays as "awaiting payment" - made another payment (thinking first payment was failed) - end up in 2 bookings with 2 different booking id. Refund requested, traveloka refused to refund because hotel refused to refund. Of course, as this is none of hotel mistake but purely traveloka app error. What a fraud. They try to shift traveloka mistake to the hotel, very unfair. Spent much with Traveloka in the past 5yrs. But this would be the last.

Yesterday I ordered food and already paid according to the price. but payments always fail and I was told to manually verify by uploading proof of payment. I have verified many times but always fail. after complaining to customer service which lasted quite a while, they gave a refund form to the email, but in fact my money didn't come back even though it had been two days. Be careful for those of you who want to order food on Traveloka
