Delta airlines sent the recommendation so I loaded it. I had to look up the itinerary number. I put it in (why didn't delta do it for me?) With my E-mail....when I reopen, I can't find any thing. It wants the itinerary number again. And you can't manage or score anything that's not numeric...idiots writing code. Deleted.
Put all the information in and says not valid number. Tech support has no idea what is wrong.
Couldnt find my reservation. I put in the right information . Just doesn't work and the customer service appears non exsistant. I wouldnt say I hated it. Just a waste of time .
