Cool app. Booked a trip through Travel setu app i got best deal and it was amazing. Had wonderful time. The team is very efficient and i never had any major issue during the trip. There were very few minor issues which were resolved by team instantly and that's what makes them so efficient. i would prefer this app for my next trip! Keep up the good work guys!

Very poor set up. No proper policies or customer care assistance. Had a cancellation of a trip with an agent named Global tour holidays shimla where they were not attending my calls on cancellation refund. Emailed travel setu and no response at all from them.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Booked trip for March 2020 last year , which cancelled due to lockdown, now a year and still they not refunding or adjusting my money in another trip, don't go with them, no response after booking 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

wast experience I have Los 7k from this website they have suggested me agency Indian tourism agent name is Muthukumar he askede for money out of the box after paying him I have not got any response or any booking till 2 weeks, when I asked to refund me back he took 2 months to refund back after not booking any he has taken 7k of cancellation so in short all of them are making people full so highly recommend not to used this website spacialy Indian tourism wast website and wast agency they have

Worst app avoid.If you want to get cheated after seeing cheap app go for it. App not user friendly. And they cheat they'll book your room for two days n suddenly after one day they'll change your hotel. Recently we booked trip Amritsar+Manali@ BHSM HOLIDAYS HIMACHAL PRADESH@travelsetu. Only golden temple covered.All things in trip details missed with conspiracy. In last trip to Bhutan tiger nest trek misses same way. Untrained drivers.After all stupidity they'll arrange candle light to fool u.

I have completed the tour of jammu and kashmir trough travel Setu Pvt Ltd. I would like to share my feedback below. This is my worst experience ever in my entire life. I believed you people but you guys cheated me just like an ash hole. You people are untrustworthy. Your agent of jammu and kashmir are uneducated and unprofessional. They only know money and only money can talk to them. If a person doesn't have money they may kill and throw from Gulmarg hill.

Worst service provided by travelsetu.. One of his agent at andaman dropped us before commitment and no response on call after taken complete amount of package. At andaman... Totally fraud.. Commitment level is zero too..Traveller name Shivang tour and travel and owner name is Akash known as vijay in andaman

I used this app to book through agent. But after payment, my account was disabled by TravelSetu. I was not able to login. Travelsetu was not properly responding to fix the issue. My itinerary was changed to favor the agent for additional charges during the trip.

Useless! Contains test packages that were created for testing the application. Uninstalling right away and will never use it again.
