Due to health problem I want to cancel my ticket 3 hrs before departure. But unable to cancel because in App it tells me to contact customer care. I tried but no any customer care number. I mailed in E mail, but not get any response. I lost my booking amount. I suggest to book by App only when confirm to travel. Also when I contact to local booking office they told me that Your booking is done by App, so we can not help you.
It's easy to book bus tickets on this app but even if you are a regular user you don't get any sort of discounts on top of that you can't book tickets at once for round trip you have to book separately for departure and return .. it'll be better if you add such feature most of travel apps has it ..you need to make it little better
My earlier review was great app. Now i am not able to book tickets via mobile app. It allows me select seats and proceed further however after entering the details of passengers and before payment it says can not book these seats. Pl note one passenger was less than 10 year and it showed only one passenger fare for two seats in this case. Same booking worked from your website.
If I could rate their TRAVELYAARI zero, I would. I booked the ticket on 7th Aug'2020 but due to some reason I trying to cancel the ticket on next day but I am not able to cancel the ticket from app, web and also from email. The service is really bad , we called 4-5 different of their customer service numbers but non of them were working. I DON'T EVER BOOK A TRIP WITH THEM!!!!!
displayed transaction error message while booking ticket but after sometime ticket got confirmed and money got deducted. the technical issues in app caused us to buy two tickets for same journey and cancellation was also not possible as customer care says i booked the ticket. But it was clearly displayed that transaction failed and to book again.
Delete travelyaari and go for Redbus.... No seat sync up in travelyaari, most of the time gives double booking and always indicate wrong time of schedule. Ultimately the passenger has suffer more and get frustrated. Better to choose other apps redbus and all for booking instead of Travelyaari. Delete this app
DO NOT USE THIS APP OR IT'S SERVICES otherwise, there refunds and claims are never settled and nor do they take into account the feedback that you provide when you have had a bad experience while traveling through buses they have tied up with. I have used this app for nearly two years and still owe them money and lot of complaints and with sincere consideration I am writing this review PLEASE DO NOT USE TRAVELYAARI if you need to have a good experience travelling with bus.
Guys please don't install the app. They are not at helpful. Don't book. They send a link that doesn't work. Customer care doesn't pick up phn. In all if u book a private bus you are going to miss it. Public well they are always at the same counter so it isn't much helpful
The worst experience ever for bus booking on travelyari. The amount deducted from my account without confirmation of seat.already passed 5 days from the incident and yet there is no sign of any refund. Even the customer service is too poor n arrogant.Had mailed on 4 th October yet had not checked it on their side, no synchronisation on in the office on such issue. Pathetic service. Don't try travelyari for bus booking look for any other alternative.
I had booked a ticket for September 6 but due to some circumstances I had to cancel. Even though i had cancelled more than 24 hours before the journey, they still charged extra. Awful experience
DON'T USE TRAVELYAARI I used to book tickets only from travelyaari for more than 6-7 years. But now I am never going to use this app. I booked my ticket. At the time of booking departure was shown 5:00 Am, but as soon as i confirmed the booking, I got text from travelyaari mentioning the bus is delayed for more than 3 hours as it is coming from Goa. I demanded refund and had called them multiple times. They always assure to call back with details. But they never did.
Still travel yari is playing games on making credit card payment difficult. Travel yari doesn't accept credit cards. I mean they show that they accept but when you go to make payment by credit card it doesn't move ahead it's stuck forever but the moment u use debit it works. Stop this double standards
Everyone can make apps and sell services these days. As long as your experience is limited to just booking buses, it works fine. But if your bus is cancelled and you ask their customer support, its worse than pathetic. No replies, or feedback as such leading to no refunds. If your customer support isnt good, i dont think the app is worth using. There are 10 other mediums for booking bus , why use this?
Good app but there is no option to see recent bookings. You need to manually fill the PNR number. Who does this kind of task nowadays. You have me logged in already, then you should show all my past bookings. Lacking this basic feature. Even if it's there , it's not easier to find.
travellyari is the best app which ensures security n comfort of pessengers. they hav provided all the necessary things like charging point, comfortable seats . the only thing which i observed people(pessengers) are irresponsible. they does not maintain property well. charging points are mostly broken.
worst app I have ever used.customer support is very bad and rude. If negative rating will here then i will definitely prefer negative. once I have booked ticket and bus operator declined that booking.I contact with customer support and they were very rude and bad .they were saying we can't do anything.I missed very important client meeting only because of this Travelyaari.
It was a great experience to using this app. But, the cancellation policy is against the law. They say to you that they will provide you the refund, but no they will keep all the money and don't respond you. Never book any bus from this app or website as they don't have any facility to refund your amount. Once you give them the money then forgot. Worst experience. I have already emailed you multiple times. But, no response. I am doubting now.
app freezes and stutters every second or two.. I tap something, it freezes for two seconds, works for two seconds, freezes again for two seconds. not sure what's happening. on latest version as well.
Worst app ever. It doesn't let you cancel the tickets. Neither their customer care number are reachable if by mistake someone attends the call talks very rudely and disconnects the call in between. Showed them their cancellation policy but they are not refunding money.
Worst experience ever. Tried to book tickets for the first time, everything went smooth, payment got deducted cashback credited, but no tickets booked. They don't know where the money went.
Poor app. I used it a lot but in 2-3 instances they didn't refunded my cancellation amount. Due to app failure I was not able to cancel the ticket in time and they charged me for full ticket even I booked a ticket in place of that ticket using travel yari only.
Worst customer service.... recommend not to to book tickets from this app. When I booked a ticket and paid through netbanking, the amount was deducted, but the booking did not reflect in my account. When I contacted the customer service, they said they will look into it and revert at the earliest. However, in the evening 1 hour prior to the departure I got a confirmation with the bus number and other details. These guys are real scamsters. Avoid booking tickets from the app and the website.
