doesn't say it needs an update but I get an error when loading it
so, after updating the Android web view I am now able to log in and use the app. over all the app works fine. I just recommend having maybe a better layout as well as finger print sign in. it's one of the few apps I have that doesn't have that as an option yet and it'd be a nice upgrade, just sayin from a user point of view 👍😊 Galaxy s7 latest firmware
Creating this review to report a technical issue. Phone: LG5 This phone has two camera lenses that are used together for wider shots, but you have the ability to switch to one lens if desired for a normal shot. Issue with: Mobile Deposit Description of Issue: Camera will not focus nor allow me to 'tap' on screen to focus when using mobile deposit. All photos are too blurry to make anything out and thus I can't use mobile deposit anymore. Background: I have been using this phone, LG5, for the better part of a year without this issue. I attempted to let more light in the room and different backgrounds, but it didn't make any difference. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that also didn't make a difference.
ME: I keep getting "error loading data" then it closes the app.My operating system is 4.4.2. Please look all the feedback regarding this on the Google Marketplace. Is there going to be a fix for this or do we have to upgrade our phones just to see your account balance? Travis CU: Due to the security features you would have to update your system to the 4.4.3 or higher. Most members can still see their balances via the internet on their phone. The app will just not work. I apologize for the inconvenience.
I can't check my account. Mt screen just turns white when I try.
Every time I try to use Mobile Deposit I get "Mobile Deposit is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." It has been this way for months. My andriod websystem is updated as well.
It's been over a week that this app hasn't worked. I receive an Error loading data message and it kicks me out. Samsung 8+
There is no decimal when making payments in bill pay, so you must pay over your balance to pay bills. The problem is not with MY keyboard... New review of the most recent update. ... why can't they leave things alone it was working fine and now it's garbage..!
Overall it's not a bad app. It is, however, extremely frustrating that Travis CU implemented fingerprint logins on the iOS app probably over a year ago and here on Android there haven't been any updates in just as much time. Please implement fingerprint logins!
App won't let me log in. After I enter my username it just goes to a blank white page. This has happened every time I have tried to download the app. I now have no way to deposit checks from mobile as the website does not allow it.
Its been working fine up to this point where i cannot get into my account at all.. It's just loading and loading and loading... This is the second time this has done this since i downloaded and re-downloaded
Its a good app but I like to suggest a feature for new and old members: the ability to reset a password and also the ability to create a new password unlimited and for free
Normally happy with app but now the password screen does not appear so I can not log in ....please fix..otherwise great convenience
Had to change my positive review to a negative. Until the login issues are resolved, I'll have to rate it three stars. I truly enjoy this app, but it's far too buggy.
This app's log in screen locks in on a white screen and freezes!
Had problems initially but app seems to be working great now on nexus 5x in Android 7.1.1
Much improved but still not that great. Instead of asking me if I want to log out BEFORE I get logged off, it asks me AFTER I've logged out that if I want to exit the app. Of course I want to exit because I have logged out, duh!!
Fixed! Just got a call from Travis support and the patch/update is here. You just need Android 4.4.2 or newer for it to work now. It now works for me. Great job Travis!
Doesn't open. Updated Android System Website. Still does not work! Very disappointed.

This app has worked for at least a year straight and now will not open and error messages. Everyone that is experiencing problems and to get a better explanation, urgency, please contact Travis Credit Union directly. Let our muscle do the work for us. They have the time, power and resources all available to them and besides they will get to the bottom of it or advise it's customers world wide if their is a major glitch.... so I'm giving a rating of 2 stars for now, until it's fixed and then re-evaluate it
Used to work. For the last week or so, unable to access app - "error loading data" message keeps coming up. I've deleted and redownloaded app and it still doesn't work. It works fine for employees, not members.
I rely on this app to manage my funds and it won't even load. It immediately crashes with an "error loading data" message for the last month now. This needs fixed.
This worked great for over a year and now it don't. Very frustrated.
I have been trying and it's not my phone its the app.
It was just working last week and now there's an error in loading. Seriously? So no more pop money and back to sending checks by snail mail? Did you forget to pay the people/person in charge of updating this app? That must be it. Let me know when it's up & working proper again. Back to basics: I logged into their secured website (ie https) & to do what I needed to do.
App still doesn't work on my Nokia 8. Above and beyond that and more importantly besides.... They have tragically become a garbage institution. Takes over a day to transfer funds from your TCU savings to TCU checking acccounts or to even make a payment from one of said accounts to one of their TCU credits lines. Like what the actual F? After 25 years with them I am seriously considering pulling out and going elsewhere. Tragic.
