Got an email that my account was migrated from Play to G+. App crashes before it properly loads. I just keep using the Play app. The old play app had sufficient bugs that were not solved over a one year period, so I am getting frustrated. One week of data left, maybe I will not renew and take my losses 😢.
works well, WHEN IT WORKS. Have to keep turning it off and on so that picks up a signal. Doesn't reset automatically. Very frustrating as trying to use it with someone who has dementia.
The old app was better. This app doesnt always load and i use it to pick up my daughter from the bus and i cannot always rely on it. I have had a trax for over two years. Thinking about seeing what else is out there after this one expires. Sad because i really liked the old app and have told so many people great things about it. I have also messaged as the speed is in km and no one responded. Guess they went out of business and didn't tell anyone.
Was a Trax Play user and the new G+ device is a big improvement. Same compact size but so much easier to charge now and love the fact it's fully waterproof. Put the tracker on the charging pad and updated the device via the app as instructed and all working well. Nice job guys.
The app works very well with a great interface and feel. There were some initial launch issues in last fall which all have been solved after recent updates. Really useful product and app.
I love this device. In if you live in NA the 3g version is a must the 2g one does not cut it. But it works amazing it will get me about 10 hours or 5min interval on a single charge and will go to standby mode if it's not moving and last days. It gives me such a piece of mind, clipping it on my toddler knowing god forbid I have a way to find her.
Current Android version crashes every time I open it. I have to use my iPhone with the tracker.
Can you please fix the white screen when we're editing the geofences? This is SO ANNOYING!!! So many bugs in the app it's crazy!
I really don't understand a lot of the negative reviews. I'm elderly and have had no problems with Trax. Easy to charge and use.
Where is the link to purchase a data plan? Frustrated as I assumed easy set up, but so far, taking 1.5hrs with no luck.
It does not work with my tracker (while Trax Play did). It shows that I'm in US while I'm in Europe.
New app is terrible. Keeps crashing and I am unable to locate my child. Not reliable.

What a waist of money, one person logged in at a time so no way for parents to share the load, loggs you out WITHOUT warning, what a joke!!!!! Don't go for this product or you will have to buy another one. Would give 0 stars if possible

While this app has some functionality improvements over the prior version, its reliability is terrible. I'm constantly getting notifications hours after the event has happened. I'm also frequently unable to sign into the app or see my son's tracker at all. Unless this improves dramatically, once our subscription is up we will be finding a more reliable tracker.
