The breaking news notification gives far too many stories. This is a problem with many news apps but a problem nevertheless. Other bugs I complained about here were recently resolved, so I gave two more stars. Thanks!
I am a subscriber and I have received the print edition for more than 30 years. I find it annoying that every time I use this app I have to keep signing back in. Unless this is changed I will delete it.
This app quit working on Nov. 28th. I have tried to contact customer service twice with no return from them. Very disappointed
I have notifications for Breaking News only. It seems like everything is considered "breaking" news.
This app makes me log in every time I click on a new article. Most of the time it says I'm not subscribed and I am.
I've paid for a digital subscription, and your company has charged my credit card, for the Indian River Press Journal but constantly get a SSL host mismatch error when trying to sign in.
Less than Half the time it recognizes that I am a subscriber, the majority of the time I cannot view articles online.
Terrible, always have to sign in each and every day!

This app keeps me up to date with local news. It finally works well.
Now I know more about my beautiful city and near County.
How do I SEARCH for anything?
Most stories are locked without a subscription even though there are many, many ads!
The old app was buggy and slow, so is the new one, just in different ways. Content in both apps was subpar and incomplete. After a year and a half, time to cancel paid electronic subscription.
Please go back to older format. NO Longer able to read local news. Just plain terrible.

Don't bother downloading this app. Even if you have a subscription and create an account, it still won't let you read "subscriber" articles. When you call customer service tech support they literally tell you to search for the article in your browser because the app doesn't work. When I asked why they even had an app, I was told for ease of access. Easy access to frustration maybe, but not to the articles you want to read. Why even bother having an app TCPalm if it isn't going to work?
