Every bit of the process was incredibly well managed. I loved that we had a very dedicated actual human being calling and texting us (buyer and seller) to answer our questions and expedite/facilitate the transaction. So smooth.

Best online platform for both vehicle buyers and sellers. App was simple and straightforward. Tred personnel were friendly and professional. My transaction went smoothly due to the step by step instruction in the app. 5 stars all the way!!!
Sign up is easy, putting in your zip is easy. But they don't show anything close to you, everything is always 1 or 2 states away
Shame. Could be a real disrupter to the dealer business but seems to be run by people who are not focused on it. Can't verify thru stripe error when taking photo. Seems like it been an issue for months and a pretty important one. How can you sell or buy if you can't verify thru app?
Exceptional! The process was painless with them. I was confident with the financial dealings as well as they verified payment etc. I also contacted support numerous times throughout the process and they were both knowledgeable and helpful! The app is still limited in functionality, but for basic needs it accomplished the tasks. The website is the primary source I used however.
Completely worthless. Every vehicle that I try to see has already been sold. Everytime I try to schedule a test drive, it gets unilaterally cancelled. Waste of time
I didn't see it on your webpage or app but I would recommend some kind of statement saying that it you are having trouble accessing info on the app or on your phone, go to a computer. For some reason, my computer worked much better than my android phone to complete my transaction. Otherwise, your customer service is amazing/excellent so thank God I was always able to get help when I needed. Considering I had never heard of TRED, my first experience was awesome! Love my new car!
I was initially skeptical of the service because I hadn't heard of it. But after reading thru the site I felt a little bit better. As the transaction progressed, I began to develop more confidence and trust with how the service worked. Reason? Their support team. Absolute professionals. They were knowledgeable and very responsive. Tred simply makes the process easier and more secure. Their team and service are pretty bad-ass. This was a rare "wow" experience for me. Thumbs and toes up for me.
Same issue as everyone else, says cannot reach dashboard whenever I sign into the app. I use auto generated passwords to keep them separate and secure and the app doesn't have auto-login which makes it very inconvenient to even log in. I thought the app would be more convenient since the website on mobile is hot garbage to send messages to and from your potential buyers as well, the keyboard covers up whatever your writing so you can't see your response unless you're constantly minimizing the keyboard and continuing so unless you can respond in a few words and don't have to edit anything you typed you're out of luck there too. The desktop version is fine so I guess I'll keep using that until Tred fixes their mobile issues.
About the App: functionality is severely limited compared to the website, and notifications weren't very consistent. But as for the service itself, Seller beware: If someone contacts you on this platform (but doesn't buy your car), and you delist your car from TRED later, they will charge you $100 as a "restocking fee", to "partially recoup the costs of marketing your vehicle". When you sign up for $9, that is apparently not the cost of listing the vehicle. Not illegal, but not ethical. Avoid.
Excellent experience! I would definitely use and recommend this app...what a stress free way to buy a car! I have never had an easier experience and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional! Its really about time buying/selling cars was a hassle free, enjoyable experience!
App itself is good. Team is very responsive. I experienced bad ethic private seller on it though, so be cautious.
This app is neglated and in need of some TLC. It is barebones compared to the mobile website. The search functionality is basic with not filters aside from miles from zip code. It for some reason doesn't use your GPS location even after granting the permission. Stick with the website, much better than this elementary app.
Completely useless app. I keep getting 'unable to load dashboard' error. I reached out to support and they said that some users are facing this issue. Entire week has passed by and no progress. Also, regarding the service, I received zero inquiries in the first week. Seems like no one uses tred.
Absolutely, without any hesitation or a second thought, Tred is and will be the only place I sell or buy a car from from this day forward. Personally, I set the bar pretty high for customer service because in today's world, there is so much competition that you need to be beyond excellent to stand out. Well Tred, you definitely did more than stand out and you definitely went well above and beyond the highest standard possible. Thank you so much!!!!!
Great app that guides you through how to buy/sell your car. Super user friendly.
Simplified way of selling a car without the paperwork! They take car of both parties during the process. There are some issues that can be worked out just like anything that is a game changer - like Tred definitely is - so I support Tred moving forward.
Dashboard won't load. Identity verification doesn't work. Listings won't load. There's only one filter for distance. I love the concept of TRED. But the execution needs improvement.
App is buggy. I always have to re-login. Costumer service is extremely slow. And car selling/buying transaction is needlessly slow because instructions aren't sent beforehand, rather after the fact. Making everything more painful.
Don't do it! I don't know what the issue is. It's taking them forever to verify my information, and the app hardly works. I'll probably uninstall it soon. Garbage service. No customer service can be reached, account is still in review two months later. Don't bother.
This is a scam! I paid initial fee to list my car and for almost 2 months I got 3 messages from "potential buyers" which are just bots and not real buyers! You do not get any response from these potential buyers. Also, I took my listing off and sold the car on my own but they charged me another $99 as restocking fee!! What restocking?!! I wasted my time and money and didn't even find a buyer. Awful and a big scam!
Super easy, no hidden agendas, just straight up business with wonderful people! Would definitely recommend this service! Made selling my car one of the easiest things I've done in a while.
App used to work fine, now, not so much... For several days I continue to get a "Unable to load dashboard" error and the app basically doesn't work. WebUI works fine from a computer but it's really inconvenient not to have a working app.
The app doesn't allow you to interact with your account. I've gotten messages and tried to view them only to be told that it can't communicate with the server. Thus I've lost multiple good offers on my car.
It's hard to believe selling my 16 year old Jeep for a very fair price would be *this* easy! The process seemed too simple and easy to be true. There were a few things I wish I had better information on via the website, but a chat with a Tred team member clarified most of my questions. The app could use some work - I had to log in to the website to do most things other than read and respond to messages, but my vehicle sold at my price in just a few days with NO DMV, headaches, or lowball offers
The app is cool and very user friendly, but my review is for all of TRED not just the app. All the staff are helpful and friendly I felt like they went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. This is how car buying should be. p.s. they even take care of title and registration for you which helped a lot hence my time is limited. Thank You!
You are the beta test, terribly unstable, obviously designed by people who have never bought a car and probably don't have driver's licences. Support is almost non-existent, and when you do get it, the response is to go browser based, which is even more unstable.
Smooth, the app is pretty simple but makes communicating with buyers easy. The whole transaction was smooth and you can't beat the security of not handling the title or money transfer aspects of selling a car. Certainly the two biggest things that cause myself anxiety. I actually sold my SUV just before a holiday weekend, so it would've been terrible to sit there for four days with a cashiers check in my hand or cash wondering if it's legit.
