Tried to call the company about a delivery dispute. Talked to a friendly girl who understood but needed a manager. SO NIEL saying he owns the business just simply argued and went on a rant of how I should have seen the bill at checkout. I ordered $35 worth of food and he charged me $60 totall for a 6 mile delivery. Not including the tip of $20 I gave. This is the absolute worst customer service interaction I've had. ILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN. THANKS NIEL!
First time using their service - delivery was fast, app was easy, but they got my order wrong. It said to call them instead of the restaurant. When I called Treehouse, he just said he'd make a note of it, then hung up. No sorry we got your order wrong, nothing. Terrible customer service. Sorry I tipped well before we got our food.
Friday 530 PM and treehouse is closed. It's a waste of effing time. Better to use uber postmates, or doordash, the local effort for spokane fails. #TreehousespokaneUnreliable!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I love this company so much I feel obligated to. They work with local businesses who usually don't offer delivery options through other delivery apps, they allow pre-scheduled orders (if a business was closed, for example) and always deliver food in a timely manor. I've always had great communication through their service and highly recommend to everyone I come into contact with, especially during this pandemic when ordering out is more common. Support local!
