No Response at all. My app has not been working properly. I cannot see thr trell cash icon on the page owing to which on unable to complete tasks which again is creating issues in ordering. I tried calling them but no one answers. I mailed them but no reply. Literally thr worst app ever.
The Support Team is unreachable and lot of bug issues with app, This is extremely disappointing that after getting 100k+ Followers .. I had to face this kind of behaviour from you guys .. This is the first ever app who's showing dreams and then braking its own dignity inbetween. Being a Creator I'll not recommend this to anyone now. Thank you for ur service. 🤣
Dont order anything from trell scam app they will not help if there is any issue just time wastecall Ordered 3 items 2 camisca shirt and 1 tshirt had sixe issue on tshirt xxl but they denied return/exchange saying no policy is there also for shirt they sent a completely different colour than show on the product after contacting customer care 3 time they say they will create a return on high priority and wait for 2 days then there is nothing done after that worst products dont buy from them ever.
I want to shop from here but I'm facing too many glitches and couldn't shop , very disappointed to miss all the opportunities.
Extremely disappointed with the Trell Service. My ordered items was not even attempted to deliver after putting so much of query also The Service team are very very slow seems like they don't want to deliver my order only. Very very horrible experience Never going to shop again from Trell.
For Upload the Video, we click + button for upload, it's showing 'initialing creation tool', and not able to upload videos... Pls Fix it ..
It is a very bad experience bcz the customer care not able to solve a small problem. I ordered in October but the product not delivered in time so I canceld this order but I don't recv my refund till now & also not recv any solution. Many times I reached customer care & mail but no result it's a very very bad experience for me.
Worst app ever.... product not delivered on time ..my one product still on pending which I ordered one month back....and customer care not responding as they put call on hold more than half and hour....this is really not good for your business...people buy product with you guys only at once ...second time u losse...very bad experience
Very much disappointed💔 the first thing is that first time i ordered many things for just 500 or 600 something but the total was 1899 but now there is no discount like before just they are attracting customer 🤬🤬🤬
It doesn't show my profile name,followers what's the problem I don't know.I thought that maybe it needs updating. So I updated this.After updated I got so many problems.When I opened the app it doesn't show my profile and that asked me create new profile.what is this?I had already 2k+ followers.where that all my profile gone?when I see all this I didn't understand so I opened this app again from that time this app not opened just trell made in India page came nothing more than happened 😬😬🤦🏻
Worst app and company I have seen in my life, I ordered a product on 5th Feb, but order not placed and amount was deducted and after connecting to the trell they are saying that money is deposited in your account on Feb 1, how it is possible?? I called them more than 50 times, contact by mail so many Times but no help from trella end, in short they don't want to pay my money back its totally froud
Earlier it was good,but now Im disappointed with this app.it is having issues like this app has errors whenever u try to open it,it won't shows u updated data...I'm having 10.1 k followers SS with me and suddenly 1 day it's started showing 2.4k followers that much drastic change is not accepted m very much disappointed with this.please some one help as a content creator it hurts a lot.😔
Very bad app. Don't buy products from Trell. They never refund the money. They always sell bad products . They give many excuses not to return the product. My money has wasted. I will never buy from Trell. Give me refund. I can't share my Email publicly. I have raised request from Blue Heaven eyeliner pen. Check it.
I am very very disappointed with the trell app when I joined this app on 2020 it was great and I started using this app and I started making videos response was good from audience end on my videos then after that there was a contest called Bharatkasensation I won and I got the money price but I was also promised that I will be getting a chance to perform in one of the music album which will be done by Trell.company it has been a long time nobody is answered to bothered me on my issue .
Hi trell I am unable to add products in to my cart. I updated my trell app multiple times. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times also. I mailed to your account.
Whenever I try to upload a new vid the page simply hangs and gets stuck forever. No matter what I do, I'm never able to upload/add a single content. This is so dissapointing! 1 star!
So many bugs in this app I am trying to upload a video but there was so many times to I am trying to upload a video the video not upload I am try 10 times after the video uploaded. And the app load time is very long so many times to take app load. Otherwise other is good
Very bad, my money was debited but order not placed, so I contact their customer care around 2-3 times for refund ,, everytime they ask me to wait for 24 hours , and it's been 15 days since mai money was debited ,, and they don't even refund it
Worst shopping app... It gives you some trell cash for watching videos and all and you can shop using this cash . But but but.... You can use only 20% of trell cash. And they sells product at high rates so.... trell cash do not counts 😂😂 Nice business 👍🙏🙏
This is a very bad app ever,I collect 1030 trell cash. when I installed it takes 💯 percent trell cash used but now you can used 20% upto 300 and the price is too high than others apps.

I install this app 3 time ..I'm not able to install creation tool . Plz fix this bug asap, so I can upload my videos.
Good app for vertical content creators...👍 1. Very user friendly 2. Provision to select cover or 3. Provision to upload thumbnail However there are bugs... 1. If uploading fails in the middle, the app tries to upload it infinitly and shows error notification. This is found throughout the app lifespan. 2. While providing hash tag, the hash tag window hovers over other window making it difficult to proceed further uploading.
I would like to rate it in minus stars but minimum i can do it is one star, consider it as zero star. It is absolutely worst experience. First of all app lags a lot and there is unlimited glitches in it. It sends other products rather than ordered one. Most important : costomer care service is worst. They do not pick up calls and do not reply any e mails.
I couldn't give a zero so I'm giving one.The app is awfully slow. This app takes like 10 to 20 secs to perform every action within the app(truly wasting my time). The concept of cashbacks rewards coupons everything is good which made me download this one but the time it is taking to respond is literally hateful. I'm trying to buy a product from them. The cart didn't respond I couldn't apply a coupon very fast which made me lose my interest in your app. Please please make this one work faster.
Awfully Slow App! Also it lags a lot. I've recently downloaded your app and everytime, I try to upload anything, it gets stuck. The creator insight is also not visible to me and I'm facing a glitch with my follower count as well. Please improve the quality of your app so that creators can benefit from Trell or else there's no point in wasting time.
Worst app for shopping, shopping filter is not working properly and most of the apparel products are out of stock everytime.
The app was good. But suddenly now after an update, I am not able to upload vlogs. The creating tool just keeps loading but nothing is happening. And the vlogs I uploaded just before the update has very less views and likes! I usually tend to get views and likes in thousands!! Why is this suddenly happening to my Trell profile??
