Trello

My old review was 3 stars and I forgot about it, until a friend asked me about it, considering Trello for his project. In the meantime Trello improved considerably, bug I had is long gone, I am using it for my various projects. I like how I can design the cards: colors, tags, cover picture, moving cards around, add ons, and most recently I added Calendar and I love it! All in free version.

At first this app worked great, then I started having a few glitches. Now the app won't open! I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now and it's not working. **Update: I was finally signed out of the app, was able to sign back in and it's working so far.

To the developers of Trello. I wish I could give you a million stars. I am a PA and Operations Officer for a small but multi-faceted company. The only third party add I need is Planyway for multiple calendars in one view, but your wonderful app keeps me on top of everything. I definitely recommend this app on desktop and mobile devices for every business.

Couldn't live without it, responsive, clean, easy to use. My only feedback would be integrating a better calender system would be awesome! Love the app, keep it up, great work.

I take a lot of notes and would look for different apps for different sorts of notes and Trello is one of my favourites. It suits me very well to keep "cards" for every theme of thought, and topic of discussions.

Missing many functions from the web version still, like the colour covers, the "convert to link card" ability etc. Also cannot seem to allow clicking and redirecting from Link cards. But, still a good app. In smaller screens it's far easier to use this. In bigger screens, I'd recommend just using the web version on your browser of choice - a bit cluttered, but offers the full trello experience. 😂

I like the app. Using it on the daily basis for the few years now. But why is Android version so slow? Year after year after year... no optimizations on this. Very annoying. Starts 5-10 secs and then everything is laggy. Opening boards, opening cards, creating stuff. Does it work directly on the web? Maybe not the best idea if so.

The app is terrible. I would taste it a 2 out of five except that the mobile version of the web app is so much better. Every change from what they already have is inconvenient. Why did you turn date selection into a series of individual pieces instead of the convenient calendar? Why remove the option for automation? Why didn't you make any change the display to fit a vertically oriented screen? I experienced second hand embarrassment trying to use this thing. I am uninstalling now.

I love it for collecting ideas and organizing personal projects - wedding planning, house furnishing and even vacations. I appreciate that I can share with family members or friends to get their input! Overall super helpful!

Limited compared to the desktop. I know that the phone app probably wouldn't have all the features the desktop has but the phone has barely anything. There is NO automation and you can't make or use templates. You can essentially JUST add cards, can't even use power up. Really just good for viewing information.

Horrible since the changeover. Power ups don't show up in mobile app, all the stuff we previously used that was free is now being taken away and only usable in premium version which for a family to use is too expensive for each family member to have premium. I have to find another way/app to replace this one because the change over to Atlassian has made the user experience difficult to use and expensive. Plus it's always breaking down now and having issues. Miss the old Trello.

1 New Features and changes are not enumerated. 2 One cannot select a group of cards and move them. 3 Backup is limited. 4 Integration with other applications is non-existent. 5 Card size is fixed, not variable. 6 Moving a card between lists is MUCH too slow. 7 When have these people ever overhauled their program? 8 Mind mapping & Project Management and record reporting & Google Sheets integration are needed.

Awesome how you you're not able to login. They use different password for different points of login for some reason. Don't send an email with recovery instructions if you push the button for recovery instructions. They do, however, have the "safety" of having to wait longer and longer at every login attempt. Oh, and the support button just disappears when you click on it. Just perfect. If you don't want me to use the app, that's fine. Byeee.

The app is very good and meet my needs. It's easy to use and have the necessary functions for make an organized agenda. But,we can always do better,anyway I recommend this app for everyone.

This app and this whole project in general is out of the question the best thing I've came into. I noticed the app when making cards with pictures cant change the style the cover is presented, or am I missing the option to change it somewhere. Nonetheless amazing thing to have, Trello!

Clunky for what I want to do! Can't select multiple items, can't hide lists, can't create cards w labels. No hierarchy or collapsible lists. Label colors are ridiculously limited. I can get good results, but getting there is quite convoluted.

Best app ever.... I do wish I could do a course on all its features. It would be great to see where it can take us in the future in regards to my business

It's a powerful app that helps in keeping work organized and synchronized. The free version is perfectly usable and useful, the paid version gives even more features to power users.

I cannot find the descriptions I added on the boards in the mobile app. I checked on the web and what I added on the descriptions appears. I guess there are some bugs that need to be corrected.

It works but doesn't look good. I don't know why they didn't just use the same style as the website Even on my phone browser it looks good boy not in the app.

Try to sign in but it said need to sign up first. Okay, then I did sign up using google account. Even go thru verification. But then, it goes back to sign up or log in. Then i tap login using google account then it said account doesn't exist need to sign up. And I.... repeat and repeat still the same even using others account or signup/login using slack account, still the same. Seems like you don't want to let me use this apps 😃

You are one of the best apps in the whole internet. Thank you for so much value for free. It's redicilous. Our team definitely is insanely more efficient, organise and elegant thanks to you. Thank you!!!

Good as free app, but lack the visibility option for cards which is available in other competitor apps. I hope you update this feature.

I never got Trello until I put it to use organizing a project I really cared about. Then it clicked, and I wound up abandoning all the other to do apps etc I was using
