Horrible, camera is not connecting in ios or android. App keeps askng username and password, which I create, and do not accept it. Waste of money.

Missing too many of the features that the web browser interface provides. In fact many features/settings (e.g. manual night vision control) can only be accessed from a web browser on a PC directly connected to the local network that the camera is connected to. This severely limits remote viewing. Though once you adjust to the software's limitations the overall package is pretty good considering the cost.

I've got the 320 IP camera and it works very well. The trendnet pro software works well and record onto my Cloud Server perfectly. I just can't access the camera remotely and have tried everything but I'll keep trying

The first version I downloaded in 2014 works. The upgrade in March 2015 doesn't work. The latest upgrade still doesn't work. Per trendnet website I updated firmware of the camera. But it still doesn't work. I have to give one star in order to have the comment, it actually does not worth ant star. Junk. Hope trendnet can address this quickly. Shall use commonly used phones for test, not only HTC phones.

The app seems great, how it will run in the background and send you notifications, but unfortunately it is very unreliable. It crashes all of the time and we cannot trust it especially at night... We are constantly needing to restart the app to check in on her

The mobile app is absolutely useless.If I open it 100 times I might get to see the feed once, sent the system log report so many times...no use. The camera is super slow that it hardly captures any movement of any person. I only get to see blank images in emails even if a person had walked past the camera, only if you stay in front of the camera for more than 5 secs and wave your hand you might get an image of the person, so this camera is never going to take a snap of any burglars as they will not pose.

Used to work fine. Now the app closes the second I open it. Uninstalled/reinstalled and still doesn't work. I can view camera from a computer, but only using I.E. as most browsers don't support Java anymore. Should also mention that half of the time, until I unplug the camera and restart it, it won't connect at all and says the camera is unavailable. Works for a short while if I unplug power from camera.

Least reliable product I own. Notifications don't work. I've spent lengthy periods of time tweaking settings until I get a single notification, while the app is open. Afterwards I won't see another for months and then, only if if set aside more time to repeatedly reboot flash and reconfigure it until it happens again. It has never alerted me to an actual event. I can't count on it to alert me to my child screaming when I'm on another floor. It's rediculous that they continue to sell a device that absolutely doesn't work.

Worst app ever. Do not install or buy any trendnet product. Waste of money. This app never works. Every time I have to do camera rest in order for the app to work and once it works then it stops working again. Even if the camera is connected to cloud still the app doesn't work. Also trendnet cloud is very bad and down most of the time.

Product description sounded good, although completely fails when put to the test. Poor app, always crashes, laggy even through the wifi. Should have gone with my gut instinct and gone with a better known market leader.

This app constantly shuts off on my note 5. I sent them a message to fix the issue a few months ago, and never heard anything back. If I could I would give no stars. Don't bother downloading, or buying any trendnet cams.

This app works good, but every time I use it the app crashes and must be reopened. This is concerning because we use it for our baby cam and if it crashes and I'm unaware of this, I don't know that I'm not receiving audio from my baby's room. Scary.

I was having difficulty with the connection at first, it was constantly giving me error codes and really laggy. I tried adjusting the antenna and moved my wireless router into a more open area and now it works great!! Very clear image and sound, even at night. Used on my Samsung S6 and tablet. Love it.

Constantly losing connection and getting errors N01, C04, and C05. Have good connection to Internet but can't connect to cloud. Absolutely horrible customer service who can't help. This app and camera are complete trash. Wasted money on ghost crap.

App is slow. Camera is slow and I paid twice as much from YI. Total junk, I barely open this cam now. Get Yi, it's fast, cheap and clear. I don't even want to talk about set up on this cam.

What a disgrace. Who is responsible for testing this? Crashes constantly! And frequently 'connection failed with cloud service' even though I have perfect Fiber Optic internet. Also freezes so much. And why does the date on the camera say 1/1/2015? You have the date from the app and the cloud. Also motion sending is "on" but doesn't seem to work. Why does nobody test their products anymore?
