It links at first, but after a few days it won't connect anymore. I tried to sync it again and again with no luck. This is our 2nd time trying this app and 2nd time being super disappointed. In order to get it to sync, we have to uninstall the app every time and re-bind the device.
A good app overall. Its great that it can replaced VeryFit app for the fitness tracker. My only criticism - it's too large. On my phone it starts at 65+ Mb and increases with more data.
Bought this for my 5 year old who kept asking for a watch with a step tracker. Stopped syncing after a few days of use and now I can't get it to reconnect to my phone after uninstalling the app and redownloading atleast 4 times. All of the data is now wiped.
Not impressed. Synced at first then wouldn't sync...had to reinstall app 4 times before it would pair again and then it wiped the steps from the watch. Feeling ripped off...
Works better than VeryFitPro app that have connectivity issues. Hope this apps continues working this way

I'm very disappointed that my sons' one year old tablets are not compatible with the trendy fit app. I was able to sync one with my own phone, but can't seem to add another account to my phone. So now my other son's can't even be synced to correct the time. Extremely disappointed. And they won't be able to access their account when they're not with me anyways. This really should be changed, or there should be a disclaimer saying to check to be sure the app is available on your device.
