Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! SMH!!! They sent me a wrong item. It's been weeks since they finally reached out. I provided all necessary but they haven't responded yet. A few days ago I sent them email to ask what is going on, but again no reply. I will most certainly never ever ever ever order again.
Everytime I click on my vouchers, the app closes unexpectedly , browsing/shopping wise it seem okay. Clothes and shipping were satisfactory too.
Easy to use. Big and clear taken pictures for the products. Güvenli and fast delivery in general.
I live in Turkey and its a Turkish App! Yet when i launch the app i can chose pretty much every country except my own and now I cant use it anymore. Fixed
If you choose country - you can't choose the language other then this country. Please let people choose the language. English at least
Easy to use, but it will be better if we can use translator with it or make an option English & Arabic languish.

I love this online shopping. Returning product is free. Fast delivery. The clothes are elegant and stylish. Just one thing is negative, the material is not good quality.
Just because I am shopping from Turkey doesen't mean I understand turkish. Work on adding language selection option rather than automatically being in turkish. I deleted it after downloading it
A good app less the yemek part. 80% orders qre cancelled by the hotels. One even uploaded status of delivered when it was not even despatched.

This app is a disappointment, it doesn't support English nor Arabic language + it doesn't support shipping to Iraq! I see the owners of the app are as racist as ever.
Recently is veryyyy slow, often doesn't work! I have to refresh several times but after 20 products again freeze!!!

I bought a lot from Trendyol in the past, it was always my last choice. A seller seriously scammed me by sending me an empty parcel. Despite all the evidences I had and getting 7 times in contact with Trendyol they supported the seller. Generalizing the population here, 2 types of people shop from this place lately; 1) When people have to and the product is nowhere else to be found. 2) People born stupid. Stay away from countries like China (for the Alibaba part) or Turkey. Eventually they scam

It's the same trading platform as Alibaba, the same so-so quality. And the Trendyol manage all the suppliers not good. One article can be missed while returned, another one just doesn't arrive to a customer... I personally don't need it.
