Your new version of your app is less than desireable for use on my android phone. I decided to download on my laptop and after downloading clicked on open and it doesnt open. Please do something to fix this problem or you will be losing many subscribers.
App not working g on android phone. Stuck at sign in screen. Reinstalled, restarted phone, etc. Poor for a paid subscription. Got it to work but states no subscription after purchase, maybe a delay?
What is the issue with this app? Page goes blank when you you touch it to go to to the next page. This is problem on my tablet and one phone. This is when I try to read the replica.
The app opens the next story rather than the one you have selected. As a result, the first stories listed cannot be accessed.
Loved the app, but now a person has to subscribe to read the contents for $12.99 per month, just like their website. Uninstalled the app regrettfully.
Works well. Great app for local news. I don't subscribe, but it keeps me aware of the covid situation. Thank you.
App continues to get stuck on the loading screen
App won't open since September. Not worth the subscription without a working app...
You pay for a service, they shove ads down your throat. Complete scam.
Awful update. Today`s edition wouldn`t open after 15 minutes. Frustrating!

Would be good news if you didn't have to pay $150 a year to know what is happening around your community.
I get the print edition on my tablet. I love it. I can read my local paper just like the paper anywhere in the world.
I'm always up on local news with this app. I grab a hard copy (paper) when I can.
Ads before videos play, but the video clips won't play.
I download the news, but I can't re, ad it offline.
crashes on Android 7.1 doesn't even load anything at startup
The app itself works fine, it's the poor reporting of the local news staff that leaves much to be desired. Basically the Hearld parrots whatever the local pols spew, and they accept it as gospel. Also over the top sensationalism. Tone it down a bit, it's the Tri-cities.
This paper tries to allow people to state thier side of an issue. You can trust this paper to be fairly objective.

Easy to read on my android phone. Advertising is there but not too invasive.
They do a great job of getting me the local news. I can find national stuff everywhere but the real stories and news that effect me can only be find here
For the older version
Now requires an EXPENSIVE subscription. It costs more than Amazon Prime! This paper does not carry enough local stories (unless you love high school sports I guess) to justify that price, and the quality of reporting is usually disappointing. They used to at least offer free reading through their app. That's not even an option now. Now they're not even going to get ad revenue from me. Their loss...
