Tri Counties Mobile Banking

Wonderful bank! Best bank in my town. However this app never works consistently. After Saturdays update March 26 2022. The app doesnt even open. A blank white screen. Ive waited 10 minutes for it to open every few hours for the past 2 days. Nothing. Still not functional. Every time there is an update my app takes days/weeks to work again. Frustrating.

Updated the app in March and does not work on my phone anymore. Now were in April and the Updated app still won't open. A white screen appears and nothing else. Tried restarting my phone as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it did not fix it. I am unable to make mobile deposits which is necessary to have the monthly fee waived. I love tri countries but Im very disappointed and am considering a new bank that has a working app. Please fix it!!

Been with Tri Counties every since it took over North Valley Bank... all together all most thirty years... looking to change banks... support not as good anymore!!! 😔 I use this app to check my balance... (daily) I use this app to transfer money from my savings to my checking up to seven times a month at no cost... I just used pictures 📷 feature to deposit my check... Very simple and convenient... Thanks 😊

This app crashes on loading with an error that it violates security policies. It's been doing this for a month now, and no fix in sight. It's a shame since I used to use this app constantly and now it's garbage. Please fix it! Update 4-8-22: holy fizzlesticks! It updated and works once more! Now don't break it, haha.

Actually, the app is prett good, but it very often fails to open. Very glitchy interface. Tri Counties is a good bank except for their technology department which has always been fairly incompetent. They really need to clean house there.

Since this newest update, it now doesn't work with my Motorola one 5G Ace. When I called, the gentleman (super nice) listed the compatible Motorola's, which are very old models. I work long hours and depend on the app to deposit my checks. The app had sign-in issues prior, but it won't work period now. I'm about to just switch to a different bank.

Easy to use, most functions available online. I love that they now have push notifications for low balance, transactions over a certain amount, and that the alerts are pretty customizable.

This app was working great however they updated it and now the new version does not work on my phone pixel 3 XL. This is a HUGE HUGE problem for me!! I am extremely disappointed with tri counties Bank right now.

Occasional errors in functionality (especially on older devices, if they haven't just stopped supporting your old phone entirely), but a useful application with all the functions a banking app should have.

App was working fine. Installed update now app wont load and get white screen like everyone else in these reviews. Tried to email developer listed in this app and email no longer exists!! Been like 4 days now keep trying to install this update and just the white screen. Is anyone at the bank actually reading these reviews?!!!l

Hate this app and their online banking. Constantly locking me out of my account and randomly unresponsive app all the time. Honestly makes me want to switch banks.

Well finally it seems to be working with the S22 ultra now,, But yet still no dark theme!!! And I have to keep on setting up my 2 step verification every time I open the app!!! Yet again I'm still bitching about the dark theme it needs one!!

This app doesn't work anymore. I have used it for a little over a year now and it worked great up until about a week or two ago. It crashes now when I try to open it and says it violates security policies. Please fix it.

Update failure My app opens to a white screen. Tried messaging through your contact email but it bounced back as undeliverable.

Well I don't have the phone called ultra so it works great for me!! 4 out of 5 stars because rarely have any problems with it, but I've had a few over the past year so I don't say 5 stars

Good app, works well for what I need it to. Less trips to a bank that's absurdly closed on the weekends is good enough for me.

Didn't work on samsung galaxy s22 ultra at release. Took almost 3 weeks to fix. Works now so have more stars.

My app has not been working for about 4 weeks now. Called Tri Counties..no help. New up date today and still not working. Frustrating

This app makes banking so much easier, I can do my banking any time and it's very secure and safe.

Repeatedly fails to open. Crashes is you switch to another app, even briefly.

Easy to pay bills, deposit checks, and tranfer money. Most important is it can be done from the comfort and safety of home.

Well... I guess there was some update incompatible with my phone because now the app doesn't work. Great.

This app always crashes the first time I open it. I can sign in, and it loads my accounts page, but when I click on an account it crashes. When I open it again it will work fine. This has been happening through many updates. Also can't access credit cards through the app. Could use some improvement.

Can not access this app hope what ever is wrong some one fixes this problem soon. When they did update the app no longer works

I love Tri Counties Bank! Online banking is super easy, convenient, and available 24/7. And if you need extra help they have a call center available 6a-7p M-F. Awesome!;

Newest update makes it to where it does not load,to be able to enter bank login info.

Y wait on the phone if you need a checking account # when u can access your checking account # online . No you cannot. U still have to call bank and bank still rell u you can. Same issues with other banks.

Since the update in Oct 2021, the app has been awful. Rarely works. Constantly kicks me out
