garbage application. 2019 you can even buy Sarah from the app you have to go to a kiosk at a station. Tri-Rail schedule changes all the time and PDFs online show the wrong dates and times usually. the website is not usable from the cell phone you have to pinch everything to see it. train stops early weekends and weekdays preventing does it really need the system from actually using it. great concept but horribly executed. I suppose except for the kiosk that was broken. free rides.

It used to have a use, even though mostly disfunctional you could've bought tickets online, instead they updated it about a few months ago and removed that feature, leaving an empty husk of dataless useless app that doesn't even tell you trirail times. In the literal sense, it has NO uses, everything on this app doesn't work and they took away the only feature on it. Don't waste your time installing it until they fix it or add the buy tickets online feature back. But I doubt they will.

This app can't be trusted, great when it works, (about 60% of time), but gives misleading info at other times, i.e. wrong platform or gives false arrival times when it loses GPS on trains, instead of just saying "no GPS" it reports trains arriving at the scheduled time, even when late. 07/08 Lowered to 2 stars, consistently gives false info now, sitting an empty station where app is reporting "arrived", false info is worse than no info! 12/08 lowered to 1 star GPS got worse.

It's never been a great app, but at least it used to be functional. Since my phone upgraded to Android Pie, the schedule only populates with the word 'null' in all fields, making it useless. Do as other TriRail riders have suggested. Skip this app, and install the unofficial KoolRail app instead. It's WAY better than this official one ever was, and it actually WORKS.

App no longer shows me any info on train routes, times, or any changes in schedule. Also "invalid token" message shows up on each page attempted to access

I had an iPhone and this app worked perfectly... I wish I could say the same for this app on android, it doesn't give me any information on the schedule, the trip planning. I'm hoping this gets fixed asap

decent app however the schedules haven't worked in a long time. Downloaded Koolrail and it's easier to use and everything works flawlessly.

Simple and straightforward, provides the basic information one needs to know. Real time information and alerts could be smoother and more interactive (say like on an Uber or Lyft app). Worked on Galaxy S8...

I use to be thrilled with this app. Since about a year ago it hasn't worked. I u installed it and reinstated it. I don't get the time schedule. What number do you think this app qualifies for? There is no zero to choose.

The recent update which focused entirely on aesthetics and not functionality is terrible. I can't use it now.

i have had this app for a long time. now it shows as null in all colums of my android. i call the office and they said it was just iPhones. Both of us are having the same problems.

train tracker need different colors for north bound trains versus south bound also side set then, so you can select them, nothing's quick and easy,

Schedules show all "null" for my route. Weird low level error mesaages. Clearly not well tested or maintained app. Useless

App issues, cannot open. Gives an alert message. It says, Install: invalid number of arguments. Expected 3 but got 2. Please fix!

Train schedules do not work - shows up 'null' results. That's the main purpose for the app - train schedules.

this app is not good I downloaded it to use it and it just keeps telling me that it's not able to load and takes me back to my phone home screen..

App needs to be updated. No longer gives the schedule since Android 9. Pie Results are all NULL.

Brand new Note 9 and it crashes non stop and all schedules just say null null null. Doesn't work at all.
