Would probably like it If I could log in. I use same password as usual sign in, but it will not allow me to sign in.
Confusing, counter intuitive. Can never find what I am looking for when I need it. Would rather use zillow or trulia, but I need agent info. I wait until I get back b to b the office to use MLS since this app is not useful.
Its not even an app its a mess. Kind of sorry this is the best the triangle MLS can do.
This use to be a good when on the go. However it has now and hasn't for quite some time allowed me to log in. This app when from hero to zero ....
App often does not allow login. Same credentials as Desktop page and rhis app will not login. Please fix it!
The app no longer always me to log in, which makes the app useless.
The app is very unreliable. Sometimes searches are very slow or do not work at all. CSS integration is very poor and rarely works. The search options are extremely limited.
Does not open directs you to another app which is full of ads and designed for the public not Real Estate professionals. Very disappointed.
Doesn't work most of the time. I can't edit any of my listings from it. Crashes frequently. What are we paying tmls user fees for again?! Can we get some technology that actually work!
As a broker defining specific searches is imperative in everything I do.. this app has a handful of search criteria options and renders this app useless in many situations. I like the intuitive interface but please add a complete list of optional search criteria. And pulling closed comps and doing cmas would be nice too having those options :) thanks tmls... looking forward to improvements but also appreciative of having the app!!
Love the fact that it's integrated with CSS, best feature in my book. And while you can't neighborhood search, you can approximate it pretty well.
Realtor tool, mobile tmls version. Mostly good, could be more powerful by allowing greater editing options. Even so quite handy for on the go queries.
You cannot search by subdivision/ neighborhood and is not very user friendly. It's embarrassing this is a professional app.
Finally an app for Triangle MLS. Huge improvement over the Smart TMLS link. Quick and easy. Great map and list view, tax info, etc.
Could use quick CMA and the driving capabilities they promise on iPad...please make app for windows 8 too
Very easy to use with some really cool features. I love the home spotter.
I am disappointed I can not search by subdivision. When searching for a rental, I can't see when property is available for move in. All in all it is great to be able to set up appointments and see most details of a property.
Wish it had a few more features like sending several listings at once and some other things i do from my desktop, but this is still a great app to have
We still have too many clicks to navigate through it, but it's getting better!

I wish it would keep you signed in on your personal devices.
This has come a long way in a short time. It's a bit slow and has too many clicks to work through. But I like where it's headed!
