It doesn't deserve one star ,no quality checks you order impoted apples and they deliver roadside ones this review is after using for 4 times everytime I got looted of my money ,buggers

Not receiving OTP. Unable to log in

It's the stupidest app ever. Firstly, it will keep on taking the information like basic intro and then force you to go to settings and change the location setting for allowing it. Instead, there is NO WAY to manually enter the location. Secondly, the address it asks for, I had signed up for ONE OF MY THREE HOMES, all in different locations, if at first, I entered the adress of one home, and it doesn't service in that locality, it is automatically shutting down displayimg a bogus sorry message.

I have been using Trice for a long time and it's been an extremely useful App to have! From cooked food to fresh veggies, everything is delivered to your doorstep on time. The new features of the App are awesome. To add to the review, in these extremely hard lockdown times, TRICE has stepped up its game and has been very useful in creating and delivering weekly rations to the needy folks. Thank you, Team Trice for this wonderful App. All the best!

Order 340220 for mangoes placed on 09th May. Scheduled to arrive on 15th May. Eventually delivered on 22nd May with poor quality. Also seems like they have sent me the box rejected by other customer (as mentioned on top of box)

TRICE to me is my neighbourhood and my city market on my smart phone. A mutually beneficial business initiative that has come a long way from where it started. As a “Home Essentials Aggregator” it is a steadily growing platform with a mission to cater to the vast spectrum of NEEDS and WANTS of a gated community dweller. If I have to rate my net satisfaction, I rate the efforts of the team behind the show quite high. At times there has been hick ups and like any buyer, I too had my frustration but then they have been momentary. Even the best of the e-commerce platform of the country has shipped me a bulb for my “fulfilled order :-)” of 4 feet LED tube lights in a 4 feet packaging box not once but twice :-). So mistakes will happen. Every mistake is an opportunity to learn and improve and that’s what the team so far has looked into and I wish they keep improving their processes based on their learnings. After all, with growth comes in responsibility and a stricter adherence to compliance of committed service level. So Team TRICE, Keep up the good work!!

Trice is a fabulous app which gives you convenience of buying a variety of items including home made food, fresh meat, vegerables, etc. The delivery standards are pretty much superior. They allow party booking too. My experience till now has been extremely satisfying.

Had a wonderful experience with trice especially during this lockdown. The tambola game is a nice stress buster. Apart from the game, the on time delivery of orders, the sanitization measures that they take and their wide range of products is really awesome! Highly recommended this app!

An excellent app for all working people...as it gets much more easier to order home made food rather than to cook it after hours of work... The chefs are amazing and they cook delicious and hygine food👏 plus we get all the essential necessities like grocery, meat, vegetables, fruits, etc in our suitable time...👏👏👏 A great app 👍👍

not able to type messages in customer care. unable to resume paused subscription. They have not tested the app well and have straight launched it. had it not been for the delivery guy's insistence, i would never install this app

the app is working again. works as described, i feel it has become slow after the last update, hence one star short. if the tech team could improve speed it will be great. overall the concept of great.

A product like A4 bundle ordered was delivered as open packet. I have returned it once....but next day the same opened bundle only I have received it as replacement....It clearly shows, 1. Customer feedback has no value. 2. Vendor carelessness about Trice management. Pathetic vendor management. Is this how Trice wants to earn money by selling defective products!!!

Great experience with Trice during lockdown. They were the real Santa claus for gated communities as they supplied whatever we wished for. There was no dearth of things on the app...be it sweets and namkeens for me or stationery for our daughter. And my daughter loves to play their Video Tambola every Sunday. It's fun and engaging . Keep it up, Trice.

Trice has played a great role in bringing the home chefs to be able to cook for the society. I have ordered food multiple times and have experienced a good service. The delivery of service has been good. I am also happy with their packaging of food which is sufficient as per the orders.

I love this app.. this is so useful app, with update it has become even better. Best part is they do not charge you for shipping and there is no minimum order.

Order is not delivered in the time window mentioned. Customer support phone is always busy. Edit: order was delivered 30 later.

One of the best society app. During this lock down period, being connected with neighbors and our friends through Tambola on trice was the best thing to happen. Trice helped us being entertained and also for getting our daily essentials. Thanks for this app.

Not at all worth it. They say that food is delivered directly from home but there is no restriction and checking. people who are giving the food are not checked and the food quality is bad . so there is no point where its check that the food which others are giving is good or not . dont try unless you know what food you are ordering

This is a great platform and sincere effort. Trice team does look after their customers very well. I have been using it from its early days and it always delivered and responded on time.

Great experience...have been using Trice for my food delivery orders and other service offerings & was never disappointed. The customer service is prompt in resolving any issues that I had faced. We also engaged Trice as ticketing partners in one of our recently concluded community event & I must say that the entir tickets sales + the distribution was seemlessly executed by Trice which helped the organizing committee in saving not only time, but also the tedious task of account reconciliation.

Love the tambola game on this app. Had fun playing it with my neighbours. Great way to spend time especially during the lockdown. I could donate my prize money to an NGO! Good initiative

Best community app, that I have ever seen. It is helping homemakers to earn their own money. We can get healthy home food here. Tambola game is a great entertainment during the lockdown. I would highly recommend this app.
