This app is trash all around. They screw their drivers and screw the customers as well. Charging their credit cards weeks later plus they save your credit card info too. Had to replace my debit card because customers told me they were getting charges on there from Tride weeks later. Very dishonest Rideshare company. Uber & Lyft are better.

It would be nice if this actually worked. Three different cards came up with an "insufficient funds" error. All three cards had more than sufficient funds. Whem I tried to request a ride from the website, my app log in didn't work. Don't even bother.

Does at minimum what it's supposed to. Driver arrival estimate is incorrect, it said 1min and i waited for 6. I also would like the chance to change my tip when I get dropped off. My driver was great and I was only able to give him 15%.

Doesn't give an accurate time estimate for driver arrival. This app also crashes on a regular basis, causing me to have to uninstall and then reinstall in hopes of fixing it. When it does work, I quite like it. I just wish it worked consistently.

Does not tell you the right time your driver is way.. right now it says less that one minute but GPS shoes him 15 Mike's away There gps sent the driver a mile from my actual locstion

3rd rate aplication. When the Uber app says my driver is 6 minutes away, they mean it. When Tride finally pairs you with a driver, 9 minutes out, don't get up, you have time to finish that movie on Netflix and wonder where you went wrong in life and why the kids don't call anymore. 9 minutes turns into 20 and you can start putting your shoes on. Eventually your driver will appear and carry you to your destination. These are the same drivers that worked with Uber and lyft, it's the app failing, not them.

Why does your app need access to my contacts, my pictures, access to make calls for me etc...? Not ok. Fix this and you'll have more customers. No need for you to have that much access to my phone just for a ride. Looks like we'll still be using "the other guys" for now.

This app is awful. We had a driver pass us by 3 times, and never got a pick up. Do you want to make money, or no? Hold you drivers accountable, and service your customers. PALES in comparison to Uber/Lyft.

Installed app, created profile. Entered cc information, and received am alert saying my card was not valid. Re-entered cc info and received the same alert. Looked at my cc bal and saw that I was charged $1.20 TWICE ON THE SAME CARD THEY CLAIMED WAS INVALID! GET IT TOGETHER TRIDE! NOT TO MENTION, NO WAY TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE SET UP. MESSAGED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE YET TO GET A REPLY. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.

Something is wrong with the app. It says i have no funds when my card does have money in it and it won't even let me delete it. It's a bunch of error codes saying i don't exist. And worse part is there is no way to report the problem other than here.
