This was my first order. Not fresh vagitables and geens. Some of them are hybrid. Oil bottles has not mdf date. All the bottles look like very old stock. Very disappointed.

Attractive thing is the free delivery for the minimum cart value. Vegetables and fruits are less in SPNF category. Please make sure to have more veggies and fruits under this. For the promotion of your business, may be you need to compare the price of the groceries,veggies and fruits in the local market and decide the price to some extent to reach the businesses to many people.
Good choice of items, Easy User Interface
Veggies are average, at times not fresh and if a feedback is given, the response is "no one else complains". Sorry Sir, a feedback is a feedback be it good or bad, and if you are a professional, you should not get into such personal offence. Also, prices are much higher as compared to the quality. Veggie bag by Mathruka is much better, quality as well as value for money. Plus Mathruka values and respects it's customers, unlike Trill.
There is no order status or time slot for delivery is mentioned for vegetables, how do we know when the ordered products are going to be delivered?
