Wish I would have rated this long ago so that Tri-Met wouldnt have turned to the abomination that is the Hop pass. This app worked 100% consistently and every function I needed was within the app. The Hop app wont even allow me to add my Visa to Google Pay, when I do add another payment method it does not consistently scan at the Max stops. An awful decision to turn away from this app and I hope it is brought back optionally or on a permanent basis.
I'm having major issues with the app at the moment. it allowed me to buy tickets but won't give me access to use them. I can't sign out ot use any features other then to purchase, before this the app was pretty great.
Constant yapping about tickets ending and no notice about updates that block use of the app before the update downloads which is much later than when requested. You block use of your own app, poor planning it seems to me. Wake up trimet you can do better than this.
Garbage. I buy a monthly passes and every month my passes disappear. My tickets show in the purchase history but no passes appear as current or valid. Every month they take my $100 and just hope I don't get a citation.
FIX IT NOW! I HAD 14 TICKETS AND NOW THEY ARE JUST GONE!!! I CAN'T CONNECT TO THE DAMN SERVER. I GAVE YOU MONEY FOR MY FREAKING BUS FARE THAT I CAN'T EVEN USE NOW. I DIDN'T BUY IT FOR GIGGLES. I NEED IT FOR TRAVEL TO AND FROM WORK. PLEASE FIX IT. I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS RIGHT NOW.
this app often wont connect to the trimet server or whatever and makes it unusable, when it does it is helpful and easy to use but as long as that keeps happening 2 is already a generous rating.
I purchased tickets and when it goes to sync it says error unable to connect to trimet service. Please try again. I keep having trouble with it for 2 to 3 weeks know. Please help on this situation
App doesn't work anymore. Ticket fares were deducted from my account even as the app said that I had no tickets. I want a refund, as this was the app's fault. So far, I have only received a form response that failed to address this.
this rating is for trimet in general, also fix the double pay problem. Why even have a development team if there is never any fixes on the app. (except 4 the bus drivers, s/o to you guys)
Requires excessive permissions (pixel 3), didn't use. Sort this out Trimet, we're the customers not the products, so unless you're offering some benefit beyond being able to ride even when your ticket machines aren't working, why would I be willing to give you my personal data? You're not special you know!
It keeps denying my cards despite the fact that I have money in my account and neither of them are expired. This is extremely inconvenient as I need to be able to get tickets to get to work. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
Errors kept popping up, so I kept trying to buy a ticket. Next thing you know, I've accidentally purchased over $30 in tickets and the app won't retrieve them.
I have been like 75% kicked out of the app while trying to use it while the other 25% is stuck on loading screen that I can even show that I have ticket. Thank for robbing my time and money!
its way too easy to use tickets you dont need and waste money. the app double clicked my tickets and redeemed two when I only needed one yesterday, and this isnt the first time.
This App was almost perfect, then they shut it down for a new App that has been glitching and taking people's money. Super bad move Trimet.
No longer works. You have to use the HOP app instead and you have to buy a physical HOP card to pay the fare, you can't just use the app.
it crashes every time i get on the bus, even though ive already opened the app and ticket and it takes forever to load when i finally get into the app.
the app is terrible it's always double charging me on my purchases, and it doesn't help that there is no refunds. terrible app wouldn't recommend it to no one.
this is the slowest and worst crashing app I've ever seen. it's being discontinued, but not without one last mandatory update. are you KIDDING me?
Need to update, and add the multiple ticket options for android. Apple users get it. But for some reson android does not.
never recognizes password, reset doesn't solve it, reinstalling?...nope!. delete, reboot, reinstall?... nope. Sherpas aren't coders apparently.
I bought and activated my ticket yesterday. i try to board the bus this morning to get to work and the app will not even open. so apparently i wasted my money buying a bogus ticket that i can't access
it doesnt work for purchasing tickets to get onto the bus and thd drivers have never seen it before.
Never lets me retrieve my tickets from another phone. When I activate one it takes half and hour. Horrible
Warning: this app was phased out by Tri-met on December 31, 2019. The new official app is called Hop Pass. Apparently they have forgotten to remove this outdated app from Google Play.
This, quite literally, did not work. It wouldn't take payment. I just kept getting an error.
Trimet charged double for tickets I didnt get, then stopped at working completely.

Trimet app was not able to detect you reset mobile device. Have not liked no refund policy on tickets and passes. Doesn't consider malfunctioning devices and ticket vending machines,or accidental fair purchases. 12/31/2019, everyone will tap card readers.Tickets app ended.No longer able to buy ticket on a MAX withTrimet Tickets app, so more more missed connections.There was cool flashing light to alert the operators at night.Please bring back best of Tickets app added to hop fastpass app.
