Trinity Health MyChart

I signed up for this, probably a couple of years ago. Now, my hubby and I share the same PCP and we both have our own tablets. We have our own charts. His is still working fine! 2 weeks ago, my app. went nutty! I have gotten help many times thru their help line only to have it happen again the next day! Never stops! I did nothing to start this and want my OLD setup back! This 76 year-old non-techie needs this to STOP!

Having all my doctors, appointments, results, etc. in one place really helps and eases many things I tend to forget. Being able to schedule our reschedule in the app is a lot better than getting kicked out of the old online system that didn't cover all your doctors. Easy to use, gives notifications on the important things, but isn't a hassle.

I LOVE using this app. I get test results more quickly and in a format that's easy to understand, with a graphic showing how my result compares to a "normal" range. It's easy to communicate with my doctor, make appointments, or to ask for refills, and all my records are there for all of my doctors to access. It's a little buggy in some places, like insisting that my phone number hasn't been confirmed, but it doesn't interfere with the function. LOVE IT ANYWAY!

For the most part, it's great. Works for what it's intended to do. I love having access to all of our families medical records. I do, however, wish it would save my payment methods into the system like when I check the box that says it will do just that. Every other medical system I use on MyChart seems to be able to save the card(s) but Trinity's does not. Oh well, if they'd save my payment method they'd get paid faster. But it's otherwise a great app to have!!

This app is usually working quite well, but since its recent update and design change it has been littered with errors and unable to log me in frequently. Hope that changes soon because past use deserved a 5 star.

This app is very useful and easy to use. Information from your medical appointment's, labs, medications etc. are accessible almost immediately so your updated every time there's a change.

An actually good means of accessibility to necessary information about my case. I like the messaging tab which allows me to inform my primary of changes taking place physically.

Great way to stay informed on upcoming appointments and check test results. I love how you get summaries of appointments as well. All your doctors can stay connected. Great app!!!!!!

I like the app itself, but once the face of the app changed I can no longer sign in with Google Chrome and I have to remember my password which is a pain in and of itself.

Before they ask you anything about your health, they rather talk about payment, not to mention they keep poor records of payments, so be careful of being double bill

This did not allow me to get in my chart. I go thru another way. I thought downloading the app will be easier yet it was not.

Love having my information at my will. Communication between the heath providers and myself is so much easier and having all the co-pays and billing in the same make it easier to pay and follow.

It's okay but the problem is when you change devices but have the same email it's a problem and you'll have to start from scratch that means you'll have to put in a new username a new password cuz it just won't take it I've tried and several attempts and I can't get it to go through me crazy so I figured I have to come all the way around at a different angle and do it all over again and that's the only way this app is going to work

It needs to be easier to see pending lab and imaging tests. It shook be one of the main menu options. It's that results are a main menu option, but not tests that need to be completed in order to get the results.

Best app ever! Informative, precise, transferable to sync my calendar, ease of precheck in, ease of requesting refills, and able to message my Dr's office staff. I could go on but if you haven't gotten the point by now :)...

It's been super convenient for reaching out to both my OB as well as usual doctor, its all pretty self explanatory as well! Being able to look back at medical/visit records is also extremely helpful (especially while pregnant!)

This app is awesome for keeping in contact with my medical team as well as look up and request refills of my meds, send messages to my medical team when I need to. It also allows me to schedule appointments. I absolutely love this app!! I can even add previous medical records to it.

The Trinity Health MyChart app is so easy to use! My favorite feature is the messaging feature. I am able to reach out to my medical team with non-urgent questions through the app which means no more having to sit on-hold for long periods of time with the doctor's office!

Its good to see labs etc, BUT it asks too many questions! Dr always comments that some aspects are time consuming. Shouldn't a nationally used system be working to make it less time consuming? I am a retired RN, remember the days when notes were written out in long hand, different ink colors denoted different shifts. We've come a long way but improvements are needed.

I love how quickly I have access to bloodwork and test results. So nice to leave a message for a doctor or the office and request med refills. Awesome to fill out forms electronically, prior to your medical visit. Easy to pay your bill!! I would highly recommend this app!

Great way to request medication refill and a very quick easy way to communicate with my dr.

It is fine. I am unclear how to check in on line but that is fine, I just do it at the office.

This app is so convenient and fantastic . I love the patient having access to their information and questions . This is really, really, wonderful. If I have questions, I don't to wait till the next visit. I have not experienced any ads so far, but I love the convinieniance .

The app itself has an easy flow to it, but when you try to sign using a fingerprint scanner it will accept Your print then sign you back out and make you start all over again, over and over and over. You finally have to tap on your username and type it in manually. You can't use auto fill or it will happen again. Another BIGGIE is the font is waaaaaaay to small! No! I don't know how to use Magnification! Zoom works good 👍for me. That's why I gave it three stars.

I have not been able to use this app past the firs month. It updated and wouldn't allow fingerprint entry and no matter how many times I try to recover or change my password I never get the email or text to do it. After changing my password online the app required two factor authentication but the emails can take up to two hours to send. I don't know who has that kind of time to wait for an app, but I don't.

This app is amazing!!! I get reminders for appointments, all my meds are easy to keep updated. Sending a message to a dr is super fast as well. Wish all my drs were on this app!!! Absolutely love this !!!

This my charge is better than the old my chart was. It even has more to it than the old one like up coming doctors appointment schedule an appointment even online questions that you might have to fill out in person before an appointment so you can have it done before your appointment like I had to when I went to urgent care.

I like having the option to complete questionnaires before going to an appointment and seeing results so quickly. I also enjoy being able to ask my physician questions right from the app.

I like being able to message my provider and his nurse. It saves the frustration of not being able to talk directly to the office by phone any more, and saves both of us time.
