Trip Expense Manager

No-frills app! Free, no ads, easy to use, exchange rate, statistics and group slipt (although I'm a solo travelers). It also has the ability to export to Google Drive or local backup as CSV file. Wouldn't waste my time in other apps, this one is just amazing. The only bug is the colors of the pie chart that don't change much. Other than that, 5 stars!

EXACTLY what I was looking for! Great app! I went on a golf vacation with 4 guys and everyone chipped in for rental vehicle, gas, groceries etc. It keeps a record of each entry (who spent what) and you can output an excel sheet at the end and send to the rest of your group outlining who owes what to who... It doesn't matter if you have to enter different currencies (eg a trip through several countries) -it will convert it all to your default currency for that particular trip (which you enter at the beginning of the session) -when the trip was over, I sent each guy the excel sheet, they sent me e-transfers, and everyone was happy. I would gladly pay for this app... even better that it's free, but I'm not one of those that wants everything for nothing.

There cannot be a better app to manage ur trip expenses. Just go for it, free and no ads. I've been using for more than a year and I travel almost 3 times a month. All my expenses are tracked in this. Not a single flaw. Just the export to excel is bad, doesn't give all data, but other reports are sufficient enough.

This is so far the best app i have installed to record trip expenses when traveling with friends. I usually get appointed as treasury who incharge off all money chipped in. I create an account which label as admin to record all money chipped in including my own money to manage in and out expenses. Great app!

Great app!!! very helpful ,added things will enhance the app more. As in a single trip we happen to visit many sightseeing places , an option to add images taken chosen from our photo album can add more fun to the trip and rememberance ,ex lunch at a particular rest ,we can add our image of that place ,further we can also add for slide show to our trip background by adding images of places visited from our album. There is a problem i cant edit the adm name or amnt ,there is no setting avlbl

Love this app. Use it every travel and it is awesome. Highly recommend it kf you like keeping an eye on what your money goes to. Also really good to better set the budget for future trips! Love love love it! Only wish it had a barcode reader or scanner for tickets, but still easy to use as it is. 👍

Great app for travelling with group, I used it for our family trip, it helped us so much! We don't need someone to keep the money for the group and pay by the money keeper all the time as before. One feature I am looking for the user is able to scan receipts for reference that would be good.

Hi team, I recently switched my phone. While backing up and restore data of all apps. I was able to retrieve backups only till 2019. Not sure why rest are not backed up and thought I manually backup few trips recently created , I am unable to import those to app on new device. Please advise.

One additional field "Place of Expense" also need to be added while adding any expense, It will be helpful to clarify the same expenses in multiple cities in case of multy citi travelling. Also it must have feature of download any trip in excel & PDF version and share it to the other peoples those are travelling along with us. Final settlement option must be added in this app, and also data calibaration feature required to show and update real time entry in each members' mobile app.

Trip Expense Mgr has been a great help on our trips. I use it as a solo traveler because it is just my wife and I, but sometimes we travel with a group. It has been very useful see where our expenses are and helps reducing cost where we can. I have not suggestions or concerns at the moment, keep up the great work Cheers

This is an amazing app! I am tempted to give 5 stars but it can improve on two things - 1. It is not immediately clear how to assign an admin (long press). Mention it or make this available on menu. 2. At the end of trip, it would be awesome to have a table that says who pays how much yo whom to settle dues.

This is one fantastic app for group travelers who want to save themselves from all the budget distribution among all,which is most painful thing to divide and distribute amount. You can use this app which is very user friendly and easy to use. I have just now used for my jaisalmer new year trip.

I have used this apps its "Awesome. But it would be great if you add below option in apps: 1.Admin himself can deposit the money. 2. There will be an area for record for multiple "Deposit" like as expense. 3. option for "Take photo" or "Scan" of bill/receipt. Thanks.

Best travel expense manager app. But below two features are missing. 1. No historic detail is available, if Edit deposit option is amended/update. 2. No settlement option is giving in app. Kindly add these features, Rest app is awesome and working flawless. Thanks to developers.

Awesome Application to manage all the expenses of the trip. Best part is you can enjoy your trip if you have this app to manage your spending and share portions. The customized functions are too good.

I had been using the add free version which was great. The present version is showing irritating adds. I would like to have a paid version without adds. Then I would give 5 stars.

Awesome app. Thank you to the team behind it. Really very useful to calculate expenses for a team. Nice user interface and user experience is also good. Some things can still be improved like other users have pointed out in their reviews.

I love this app and have been using this for 4 years now . Something thing that I badly miss is a way to copy trips online and port it between phones. If I change my phone I need a backup of my past trips so some kind of cloud presence is missing

It is a great application to share expenses/bills with friend but it needs some improvements. There is no option for settlement of payments and settlement should be made manually by the admin.

Very Crisp & Precise app. Very simple interface. Just PERFECT for Short trips. Expenditures can be managed person wise & can be verified in graphical form. 5 STARS ✨

Usefull app. But I can not export do GDrive - it creates file of 0 bytes size. Useful functions would be: duplicate item, category review by list/table (not only graph), average spent per day for categories (e.g. for holiday), date of item - not today's date, but selected according to last item's date (e.g. if adding all spendings at once after holiday).

Love the app! Especially being able to change the currency for every expense. But can you include a payment function? So when someone makes payment to the other person, the app will update the amount owed accordingly.

Very useful app. Have been using it for 6months. Would be great if trend graph can be shown for the expenses spent over few months.

This is a must have app for friends who travel together. Group expense management was never that pain free! The best thing is that the app never asks for permissions other than media. Is there a pro version? How do I get that?

Better than other app. Feedback. No cumpulsion of admin or admin can also deposit amount. Option to add Amount of member, instead of editing amount. Add expenses should be more quick and less selection.

Simple to use for us people that like to manage more and input values. Need more options for currency when input an expense. But overall good product.
