Trip actions works on my laptop but not on my phone. I've called and no one can seem to help. My password doesn't work. It only shows: enter valid email. I cannot get in at all on phone. Trip actions has no answers... The company card is declined repeatedly. I was traveling when this locked up and thank goodness I had my laptop with me... I've called TA to no avail... I've uninstalled many times and reinstalled... Nothing... Frustrating!!!
Not truly a review of the app and its features because it does not even start on my Pixel 4a. It gets stuck on the splash intro screen and never loads/starts the app.
really disappointing, inflexible travel options. i miss the days when i could pick up a call and get advice from my travel agent who will sort out everything for me so i can focus on the business
TRASHY APP! DON'T INSTALL THIS! UNAVAILABLE SERVICES (TRAIN, CAR), EVEN COULDN'T ACCESS MANAGER APPROVAL MENU ON APPS. SO PRICEY SINCE THEY'RE COULDN'T HAVE ANY PARTNERSHIPS WITH HOTEL. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVICE. NOT RECOMMEND TO INSTALL.
It was a handy little app until I accidentally hit business login instead of personal login. Now the app won't let me return to that screen to access my personal travel. Tried the website as well but it only asks for work emails too. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing... Pretty annoyed to be honest.
Can't talk to a CS representative over the phone when a flight is cancelled. Keep losing text connection.
Horrible app. Sending tons of notifications and always crashing.
its okay. Tripactions is made for people who don't travel often for work. Also for people who work in an office setting. As someone who does service work and constantly traveling to industrial areas, I need to use my mobile cell. The app has no good way to filter the results. Also rentals only get you half way. tThere's no comparison for insured rentals.
Great user friendly app with timely reminders sent to keep us up to date with our travel plans.

App broken after update. Stuck at loading screen. Clearing data and reinstalling don't help. Moreover, the mobile website does nothing but redirect me to the broken app, but only after I sign in. This is the problem with businesses that require you to use only their app: it creates a single point of failure. Especially unacceptable when people's travel plans are locked inside.
Messaged at 7:30am because my flight got cancelled. I did not get a response until 9:30PM. 24/7 is not 24/7.
No easy access to support for login issues? What gives?
It's an awesome app. It has a great UI with so many nice functionalities. Provides all the information on my fingertip like my flights incoming, outgoing, and hotel check-in. Would love to use this not just for business trip but also for personal trip as well.
Great app for consolidating travel expenses. My only complaint is that the listed hotel prices are not necessarily for an actual room that you might be looking for, so I wish there were more filters.
I am giving this app a 1-star review because their customer service is TRASH. It all started when the App displayed wrongly that I would receive rewards for a booking. I was falsely incentivized to book a non-refundable hotel stay. They then told me that they are applying for a waiver approval for my non-refundable hotel stay since it was their fault. BUT.. they cancelled it before the waiver got approved. And now, I am trying to get confirmation on whether I am liable. What a nightmare.
This app is incredible. Fantastic ease of use, incredibly intuitive and the service is second-to-none. I use this for business travel (company approved) but love it so much I've started to use it for all my personal travel as well.
App doesn't let you book trains, it tells you to use the web. So I launch a web browser on my phone, go into desktop mode, and that forces me right back to the app once I log in. It seems like the designers don't actually use their own app.
I've installed and uninstalled this app 6x's so far.. . I can download app but cant open it! when your app prompts you to put in your company e-mail, you get an "oops something went wrong. please contact support for help". error msg. its 9/2/2020, been trying to download this app since 8/31... my company uses this platform....And iam essentially locked out of it... frustrated in Indiana............
I have a trip and can't access the app after an update wth! Who do I call?
Use it because I have to fit work but it is very user friendly and the support team is awesome
Buggy app with bad service. Displayed total price is different than final bill's charges , they always over charged customer. chat and phone call got held for hours, not able to reach any reps. Totally wasted our time. They only doing the booking from other travel site for you...
App only - cannot book hotels... Keeps giving me an error every time I book. Flights and cars book fine but not hotels. On the website, I have no issues, so it has to be the app.
I was double charged the trip fee when I changed flight, it led me to cancel the flight booking instead of change booking without reminder telling me there is no remaining booking in that trip. I paid US$20 for a lesson, you must make sure you have other bookings before you make any changes!
