TripBudget
For the most quick trip planning the expenses are divided into categories to be added as fast as possible. You can create several versions of the same trip and compare final estimated values. After planning a trip you can switch from plan mode into spending mode and track actual expenses. You can compare the final trip budget cost with the plan at any moment and access full statistics for each trip expense category.
This trip planner app has options for traveling in group
- you can create the list of trip participants and count the debts and log collective expenses.
The app automatically converts expense values into base currency using public rates from open sources (like European Central Bank, etc) which are updated every day (internet connection is required). You can also set your fixed currency rates for each trip budget.
When you travel TripBudget uses GPS to track expense locations. When you enter money amount you can also set discounts and taxes. If you travel with friends you can enter information about expense sharing.
Incoming updates will also provide cloud synchronisation of trip budgets across your devices (including iOS client, which is coming soon).

The app was last updated in 2014!! Doesn't even work on my huawei p20 pro

The best app
This is what we want. It just does the job right. You dont have to spend too much time to learn how the app work. Just log what you plan and what you really spend in each categories. Beautiful ui is a plus. The app like this make you feel want to support developers. I'll buy the pro version :)
It would be good if you can select a planned expense and convert to real without having to re-key it. This has been added thanks but when you convert to real you should be able to select the quantity, i.e. if you have 10 planned I can make just 1 real on Tuesday the 1 on Wednesday
It does exactly what I want. Easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the scrolling. It jumps around instead of scrolling up or down, very annoying. lately app is glitchy...I have uninstall :(
It IS still a great app for me, thus 5 stars but the developer no longer gives updates. He didn't reply my email. Cloud sync feature is not available even though promised. So sad.
At 1st UI look awesome. But after a few minutes staring at this screen, don't know where to start. A good screen design should be easy to use, intuitive enough for 1st time user to start using it.
This app is good, and has the potential to be great, with an enormous amount of functions, but it's not finished. Unfortunately there haven't been any updates for years. The UI looks good, but isn't always functional, with parts of the screen invisible, and there is no cloud synching. Fix that, and I'll give 5 stars.
Awesome and useful app. Was trying to find something similar but this is probably the best. Bought! Such design, much support..
So far it's good but can't find a way to add certain dates from the start to the end of my trip plus can't write in Arabic finally i prefer if i could save that app to mobile SD rather than using phone storage..thank you
I am currently using this app to help budget my trip through Southeast Asia and it's so convenient to add what I spend in local currency and have in automatically convert to US dollars. Wonderful app, great UI and can't wait to see it continue to develop
But found it hard to change wallets and is there somewhere i can input the exchange rate? Just checked my totals and its not showing them. Lots missing so this app is no use to me
Window is stuck in the first 2 categories and cannot scroll down to other items.
Very useful and easy to use. Will be 5 stars when all features added. One suggestion is to let users create their own sections. I would like a misc, or pre-trip section.
This is an great app, but no updates since 2014. Did you guys stop? Want to go Pro but not sure if you abandoned this app.
Keep crashing and I literally cant tap all the icons to update my expense
Perfectly suited for me and my various trips. Nice, clear and friendly UI. Very useful as trip planner.
I like how user friendly and simple it is. However after keying in numerous expenses the amounts are shown as "lnfKK". how do I fix this?
A nice addition to print out or email a report at the end of the trip would be great.
I tried different apps and this one works the best. Ended up buying it to support development. Keep it going!
Useful apps to record budget, wish the data could be transfer to new device or pc for record purpose.
Pratical and usefull App. Having problems with scrolling down menu and can't add any new expenses. Unless I'm not doing it right? Any solutions ??
Good idea but hard to use, it takes too much time to put in info when you're always moving around on trips.
