TripCase – Travel Organizer

I've used this app for years, and it has only improved. It helped a lot when a recent flight was cancelled. The airline said they would email and text us with the new flight details which never happened. I found out through my tripcase app. Thanks!!! One suggestion. When I check-in for flights through the app, the small Tripcase banner covers the cookies notice, so that I cant accept the cookies...then that box takes up too much of the screen. Maybe get rid of that banner/reconfigure it. Thanks!

Have not used the app for long but already it is a problem when planning a trip and you cannot get the accurate address of a destination. app does not accept the address as gotten from Google maps nor does it allow one to select the correct address from the map. do not bank on this app as a one stop trip planning app! awaiting your feedback Tripcase?!

Since last update everything is broken. I send emails to their address and when I try to add them to my trip the app always answers me with: "An unexpected error occurred, we're working to fix it soon". This error is displayed no matter what I do.

We use TripCase all the time when we travel. It lets us know if there is a change in air travel,keeps us notified of gates. Reservation numbers are always handy. It's so handy and we can change anything to notify others in our group easily.

I have used tripcase for years. And I loved it until today. Now all of a sudden when you send your itinerary via email, it doesn't create your trip! It just sends it to an inbox which is worthless to me. I hope they can correct this soon.

Can't get it to recognise my trips due to numeric in the 6 digit booking codes. Have used this app for 6 years. Had all failed this year and the app is now pretty well useless, unless you want to enter every detail manually.

Worthless app. If you click on the side bar (to add a document, etc.) the screen just goes blank. What a waste. It used to work.

Doesn't work anymore. Have to add manually. Even after manually adding it doesn't update calender. Emails sent don't appear. Need to fix and update the issues.

This is the best travel app. Just forward your confirm emails and they organize it all for you. Beautiful layout and easy the pickup interface. I've not used the app in a few years due to COVID, but I was able to open the app and get doing what I wanted to do with no learning time. Love it!

This used to be a good app that worked well, but the last 2 flights entered showed the wrong departure and arrival cities. No longer trustworthy or usable.

Functionality needs to be worked on as there are many glitches/problems that prevent me from enjoying it. All in all, it is easy to use and laid out in an organised/pleasing manner. BUT, various glitches like not being to read the entirety of an email forwarded to my account or the app shutting down when you try to take a photo of a receipt makes it less than satisfactory. Also, it only works with wifi/data which is unrealistic when you need on-the-go information in travel scenarios.

The app looks great, so extra star for that. I've sent 2 emails about a single trip but they've not linked. One has created the trip OK. From the inbox I can only see the very top of both emails,no other details are visible, rendering this feature useless. I can't edit the trip to include the second email at all and adding the details manually defeats the entire point of the app.

Requires an internet connection to view data that was available the last time I opened it - like my fights and times! - I often doen't have internet when traveling -- especially in the air and internationally. Does not organize well. I can't get it to display the info that I want easily (layover time!). I have to keep switching between it's display modes.

Nice app. However, like Uber and Instagram or any other app that facilitates switching between accounts, Tripcase needs that enhancement. I use it for work travel, but my work email is not the email I use for booking anything or confirmations for personal travel. Get with it! I fail to understand how any company or person in the current time whose interest is in creating a travel or productivity app neglects to recognize the dichotomy of the modern working individual vs the person. Very frustrating. At least Uber gets it.

You can't start planning a trip from scratch with this app. Everything is about reservations and dates. You can't enter destinations then look for attractions then look for hotels. I want to know before I book a hotel there's something worth seeing! This might be fine if you've done all the work and just want the info all in one place. Personally for that I'll just enter it on my calendar.

Frustrating... I downloaded this again for my new phone the note 8 and I took the time to enter all of my itinerary. Everytime I close it out my trip info is gone. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and everything was back, until I closed it again. I have used this app before with no issues and loved it, not sure what has changed but I cant install and delete every time I check for updates on this trip. Very disappointing!

"Updated" until it doesn't work at all. About a year ago this excellent program simply stopped working. Emails containing travel information are sent to the "inbox" where they're completely ignored. Manually entered flight information doesn't connect with airlines and never updates. Printing out a list and carrying around a piece of paper would be more efficient and just as accurate. "Unfix" this app back to where it used to work.

Its not updating flight information. My flight on United recently changed times about a month ago and it never updated even though the flight number remained the same. Also aircraft type is unreliable. I've used this app for years (4+) and it's always been spot on and quick even before the gate agents tell us anything. Very disappointing.

it's ok. I love the idea of it, but it is hard to use. difficult to edit trip details and even more difficult to share trips with other travellers. the app could also be more visually appealing, it looks dated and boring. wish I could find a similar app that is more user friendly and more beautiful.

The inbox function on the doesn't allow you to read most of the message (it won't scroll or zoom) or open the attachments if there are any. The web version doesn't seem to have access to the inbox at all. Would be great if this was fixed, otherwise I will need to start looking at other app options.

I have now used the TripCase app for two out of state trips and love how easy it is to use. I just enter my flight/hotel/transportation info and it stores it all in one place. I can open the app to get directions, access confirmation numbers, and find phone numbers. It automatically updates any changes of flight times or gate changes.

This a FANTASTIC app. I've seen low ratings for this app based on the fact that you cannot upload your boarding pass to it! To me, such a criticism is outright ridiculous: if you're so lazy/sloppy you need even your boarding pass in an app, you probably shouldn't even travel. For me, the mere grouping of all the legs of my trip(s) in a single page, organized and easy to follow, is MORE THAN ENOUGH! If only for that, this app deserves 5 stars in my opinion. If link the trips some part of the bookings disappear, generally the accomodations. The inbox is always frozen (3 years of tripcase) and there is not way to access the records on it. But the best is actually the customer service, a constant remainder of how is a waste of time to contact and kindly ask for a solution of the problem created by a defective app... Just unistall and change the app it will make you happier

A nice app, very much like WorldMate. Unfortunately there is one BIG FAILING. The trips are all stored in cloud, rendering the app useless once traveling, unless you have roaming data or available WiFi. Such a big let down, as WorldMate stored all your trip details on your device. Why TripCase can't do the same is beyond me. A bid step backwards.

Used to love this app but just noticed quite a few of my trips are missing all the info I entered a few years ago. So disappointed since I wanted to rebook hotels etc. Will have to find another app now

Terrible. It used to be good but now you can't link your itinerary to it. It even refuses to accept the booking reference of major airlines.

Mixed. You need to look at your app when you simple put travel emails into the inbox within the app because, on my Samsung S9+, it is impossible to read the emails because they won't scroll up or down so i can only see the first page of any email you put in my inbox. My phone is running the latest Android.

It's kinda OK, but most things had to be manually entered. It's weirdly hard to flick between trips, you have to keep going to "trips". If you have NO internet then you get the offline info, but if you have SOME internet but it's slow, it will show nothing. I had to put flight mode on to see the local information. Weird pictures that you cannot change - trip to Edinburgh is a pic of Big Ben, Tromsø a Toronto skyline!

Not impressed. The issues I had years ago still are there. Does not merge reservations automatically. When merging manually still is clunky and doesn't put things in the correct order (flights completely out of order timewise, hotels on wrong days, doubling of entries for not explicable reason you name it and no way to fix manually). One trip and not impressed.
