TripGo:Transit,Maps,Directions

I've recently upgraded to a Samsung S22 and the TripGo app keeps bringing up a notification to connect the internet. I'm connected to my wifi at home and when out and about on 4G or 5G depending on area. Constantly connected to the internet so I have no idea why the app does this.

Keeps Freezing. If the app is open and I try to enter a new journey it pops a message "try to get the internet". I have to close and re-open.

New review:this app now lags constantly. I have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and it takes pretty long to find trips that I constantly take. Favourites is pretty unorganized if you have many saved trips. Please make this app work as it used to as it's the only one I use and I really wouldn't like that to change. Main problem I'm having right now is the speed. Old review: I genuinely love this app! Trip Go has successfully got me from point A to B with little to no problems.It's very easy to understand as well. The only think I wish you guys could add is the ability for us to add a trip that repeats itself. For example if I'm taking the same trip at the same time from Monday-wednesday I should have the option to add it to my planner without doing each day individually. Just to make things go a bit faster. Either way thank you so much. Please don't change the app too much as it works perfectly the way it is right now. Thanks😘

The November 17 2021 update fixed the crashes that made the November 1 Ver 5 Totally unusable for me. Using the Nov 1 version, it crashed when I tried to have it find routes. This is no longer the case with the 17 November update . I had found a way to downgrade back to 4.42.1 which also works for me, but no longer need the downgraded version. Congrats guys on fixing a great product.

Toast message keeps popping up "please try to get internet." When I have a good constant connection. It's very annoying.

NOW DEC. YOU HAVE STILL NOT FIXED THIS PROBLEM. Nov I said: I am a competent user of this app.but due to Covid this app has not worked in New Zealand. Entering destination only brings up walking times when public transport is selected. Another app Metlink works fine showing various bus routes and times. Why does this app now no work for me in New Zealand?? I entered start and destination point in London and it came up with bus routes but no bus routes for Wellington NZ.

Pretty useful until latest update - now selecting an upcoming service from the listing of all services coming to a particular stop brings up a map that doesn't show the bus itself anymore (used to only happen if listing indicated no real time data for that bus, now always), and zooms right in to the stop (to the point where you can't even see the nearest intersection). Real time data is incorrect, not an upstream TfNSW issue as another app I've started using does show correct bus arrival times.

TripGo used to be the best transport app I have ever used! I rely on public transport for everything. Version 5 is a total dud and basically unusable. If you can't fix this version give us back the old one please and I'll give you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been using trip go for years and it was fantastic but the latest version (5) just will not work on my phone. The app stops and closes every time it searches for the best route. I've reinstalled several times. Very disappointing.

It used to be an app I couldn't live without but now its so malfunctioning it's barely useable. Have been messed around so many times by trips not showing up or trips that recommend busses that depart before my connecting train or bus arrives and even buses that give incorrect departure times. Hope it's fixed.

The app is clunky and slow with frequent reminder to connect to the internet. Never have this issue with any other app. Wish I could go back to an older version that was more user friendly.

TripGo was the most useful trip planner I have used. However the latest update to v5 has introduced some significant usability issues and flaws. I now find it unreliable.

Awful update. This was my transport go to but now impossible to use since the update. Doesnt show buses and times as clealry as it used to and haven't been able to navigate it successfully since it 'upgraded'. Pretty useless now really.

Easy to use and understand, with quick loading times and plenty of utility in any Australian city (I haven't tested it elsewhere). Much better than Queensland's Translink app!

I recently moved cities and I have no idea where anything is. I hate getting lost especially in a big city so I only started going out when I found this app and it's the most helpful thing I've found. I don't think I'm getting lost anytime soon haha.😁

Amazing helped me with catching my buses and trains with the correct times and route really recommend if you are new to these kind of things and need to know more ways to get to places!!!!!

Very useful. Gives a quick idea of options to get from place to place. As it gives timetables allows you to pick best time to leave an event

Not working since last update to v5 😠. Doesn't recognise "home" button and then closes without any transport options. Needs a fix.

Wonderful app! The maps, and travel options are very useful. And the street view is great!

Incredibly accurate. So much better than Tripview. It maps all public transport providers unlike Tripview.
