It hasn't got an update since 2017. It doesn't work for Android 12, and also it doesn't allow the user to login. Any developer working on this app??
App worked until i switched contract from a "direct" to grupal. Now, no matter how many times i reset the account. It wil not give access.
App not working. takes forever to log in and the few times it does, it doesn't load the payment options, so I can't even pay for my insurance in it
Does not work!!! No matter the user or the password, always is incorrect.
App is not working completely. Cant access my insurance card to show medics or to email to them. Use to function but not anymore.
Does not work with the Advantage insurance . The contract number without the letters has 10 numbers, not 13
cant even pay my health insurance tried on the actual website and I cant either. customer service doesnt help and it's been 7 days and still nothing.

Sloowwww and doesn't connect
Have tried several times to create the account but I always get an error message. Followed the instructions word by word.
Report all the time that the password was wrong, using the correct.
This app hasn't been updated for more than 3 years now. This app is very important for several key features, tied to the card holder, of course. They really need to update the app as soon as possible. It has bugs and it's not working properly, nor is it optimized for newer OS/technology.
