TripLog 2.0 Mileage Tracker

I had some small glitches in the beginning. However the support team was not only prompt, willing, but patient enough to walk me through step by step in order to fix my glitches. Which happened to be an operator error instead of an app error. But overall hands down unequivocally... Easier to navigate, easier to understand and a lot more needed information than QuickBooks ever did for me. I'm in love with this app. I will be even more in love with this app come next year's tax time. 😊

Updated: Their marketing is phishing. Nothing states there's in-app purchases. In details, it doesn't state any possible costs are related to the app either. When installed, it demands complete access and pushes for you to upgrade to a paid subscription. There is a free/basic version. It's a worthy app. Update: Yes, I initially installed your app last summer. That's irrelevant to facts in my review, and suggesting I'm trying to cheat you for another free trial, says enough for me.

This is one of the BEST Apps I ever got. All the data is printable for the year. It works well, and very accurate. The "magic" start works awesome. I cant say enough GOOD things about it. Their response time is fast, their help is fast, everything always works well. It was so worth it.

Great price, nice user interface, simple and easy to use once you get all your settings right. Customer service is excellent as well - both times I had an issue, I used the chat bubble and received a prompt response with all the info I needed to address the problem.

Works fine most of the time, just not the most elegant solution/UI. I have the standalone adapter in my car, which sometimes doesn't function properly.

This app worked excellently on my first use. I love that this app can be immediately setup to recognize your car's Bluetooth connection as a trigger rather than by speed. This is much more reliable so now I don't have to worry about it being triggered when riding in someone else's car or stopped too early when in a traffic jam. Brilliant app that replaces my old Mileage Tracker that seems to be defunct. I'm looking forward to trying out the calendar & export features.

It's a definitely fantastic tool that not just does a perfect work but it's extremely precise as well as extremely easy! On top of that it's extremely budget friendly for the job. I have in fact been using this application for a number of years. I like it and I encourage it to colleagues along with family member also. I am wanting they maintain developing it so the areas are a lot much more specific as well as you can find exclusive stores in a shopping center.

I love how I can swipe each trip left or right to label it as a business or personal trip! And I don’t have to do it the minute I get home! It only takes 30 seconds and it is a breeze.The best part: triplog is reliable documentation for business mileage on IRS tax returns!

Pretty awesome app. Should have some type of vacation setting with dates and times but over all a great product. The excel export is a bit wonky but it's not a deal breaker.

Works great once you properly learn to use it. It has a learning curve, but so does any software that is feature rich. They have developed it so it can work for most any situation, you just have to find the option that will work right for you. It never misses a mile. You can save your frequent places easily. I am a contractor and go to and from many different jobs. It shows me mileage breakdown for each job. I dont use any of the other features so cant comment on but as a mileage app, its great

I'm happy to have found such a user-friendly mileage tracker. It's taken several months of experimenting but for me the most reliable option to have the app kick in for each trip is to set it to MagicTrip (senses movement above 5mph/8kph). I did purchase the TripLog Beacon, but it kept missing too many trips and made the app more of a headache than a help (a waste of money, as it was a separate purchase). The report feature is especially helpful when I'm gathering tax info at the end of the year for my various income streams And I like being able to designate certain destinations as a particular work or personal category, which also helps when it comes to tax time.

I have been using the app for a year and it has been very good. When ever I get in trouble with the app, the support has been phenomenal. They always write back very quickly, even on weekends. I use the milage tracker, time clock, and transection recorder. The app made this tax year documentation simple.

I deleted my initial one star review so I could add this one. I just found out that this app willy-nilly decide for itself which trip is business and which trip is personal. I now have to go through and Mark all the personal trips business in my business vehicle so that it will show the proper deduction on the screen. This Plus the fact that it changes the mileage of my vehicles whenever it wants to is enough to ditch this program I've used for years and find something that works.

Thanks to an email from the help desk, triplog noticed that my mileage wasn’t recorded on the first day of the month. They emailed me instructions to fix my settings. This is a great ap with a responsive help desk!

I own my own business and work an absolutely ridiculous amount of hours. Mileage app automatically records and distributes drives based on previous classification. I would have to spend hours on receipts and mileage charts without this app.
