I upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S10+ and ever since then, i can't log anything over 9 miles. Whenever i try to end a trip, the app closes out, but doesn't end the trip. When I open it back up, the trip is still going and I have to hit start trip again and then it closes out the trip, but only at 9 miles.
I decided I needed to uninstall this app after it refused to work unless I gave it access to all my contacts, photos, files and full access to the data on my memory card. Is this company a front for the NSA? I fail to see why this app needs access to all my personal data simply to log a log a trip. It sounds more like this is an app designed to harvest data for sale to the highest bidder. No thanks guys.
Not happy now... must have updated app and it's horrible! I try to open app, goes straight to new trip. Try to back up to previous page & automatically takes me out of app. Will not take me to home screen. Only way to go to home screen is to go to play store & open app. Not happy at all. Switching to new app if this isn't resolved.
I purchased the paid version of this app through through Google play store more than 10 years ago and now when I installed the app on a new phone there's only a free version and I can't access my tax data. The app keeps prompting me to log into a web version and do not use the web version. This app had me covered several years and now just nothing no data available nothing. There are free apps that will do the same thing but I chose to pay for the Google play app just to have it. Shame on you TL
I bought this years ago before annual subscription pricing came into effect. Its just not worth the money when I can use a one note excel file to do the same thing for no additional cost. Used to be a great app.
Been using it for a why now and will continue using. It is fairly accurate, intuitive and reliable . No major glitches. I may upgrade to the pay version soon. Seems to be worth it.
Had an issue with lost data and in less than 48 hours (over a weekend) it was fixed. I love how the app works and now I will continue to use it!
Got a new phone. Downloaded the new version of TripLog, not seeing the version I have used for years. Didn't like the new look. Back tracked to find the older App. 5 stars on this older version.
Love this mileage app!!! It's way better than the odometer on my car. Have been looking for a good tripmeter app for a long time. In my opinion, this app is the best one around! 😄
I've used the free version of this app for years and like very much. Thinking about getting pay version to have more access to reports and sharing info.
Brilliant app for business use especially if u always forget to log, it does it all for you. I can export reports dirctly into my accounts software
Used to be a great app...not anymore...won't auto start all the time, not reliable...didn't tracked my miles a whole month!!
The update will not allow for manual operations! This update is the WORST!!!! How can I go back to an older version?

Best business expenses app so far. Customer service is quick and helpful.
When i first got this app it worked great. Now it has missing mileage and stops at times. When i try to save my drives it disappears and i have to manually input the mileage. It also has issues with saving if the end date is the next day (ie., start 1/1 @ 7pm, end 1/2 @ 12:25 am). I'm really considering trying another app and canceling my subscription.
