TripPay

The TripPay application allows travellers to access their virtual credit card number (VCN) which has been allocated by Conferma to pay for corporate travel accommodation. The application will remove any concerns around non-delivery of VCNs and travellers being inconvenienced, whilst retaining all the control, data and process efficiency benefits provided by Conferma’s VCN technology.

You can register at https://trippay.conferma.comIn the event that a hotel does not have the details of the Virtual Card Number allocated by Conferma to pay for a hotel stay at the point of check-out, TripPay allows travellers to view the Virtual Card Number which has been processed for that specific hotel booking. The full VCN will only be visible in TripPay from the day of check-in through to the day of check-out. The application also provides the flexibility for travellers to resend a fax to the hotel with the VCN details. VCNs are processed by merchants within the existing acquiring networks of Visa, MasterCard and American Express in exactly the same way as any Card Not Present (CNP) transaction and are in widespread use across all methods of business travel. TripPay is compliant with the highest level of PCI Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

Doesn't work at all. When you try and get the code on your phone the app instantly says, "Sorry that took a bit too long. Please try again" and kicks you out.

You have to select country code to enter phone number for activation. You cannot enter the country code nor search in the list. You have to scroll down all country codes in the world. The problem is that the list is not ordered alphabetically nor numerically!! It should work fine if your country is US or UK because they are on the top of the list, otherwise good luck scrolling. When you enter your profile for 1st time you are requested to enter currency, the dialog is not skippable...

90% of the cases I have problems once arrived at reception. The communication of the virtual card never reach the correct address. The app is requesting thousands of codes, pins, passwords and at the end of the story you still have to call somebody to have assistance....if someone take the phone...good luck

Now all of a sudden I have been locked out of my account. I travel for work and it has created a real problem with my checking in to my hotels. Even with a hard copy of my reservations and confirmation #'s I still have problems. It says that it can't validate my device sessions and it can't access the internet. My phone works fine otherwise and has no problems with wifi or internet connections. Would just like it resolved so Im not wondering whether my reservation is going to be honored or not.

Garbage app. For a fintech company they are lagging way behind when it comes to security, still relying on passwords for authentication. If you are travelling, and don't have access to your work email, it is impossible to reset your password, which you will forget since you only use this rubbish app once a year

Most trips dont show up, virtual cards dont show and unable to link new bookings. Waste of time as i need to call someone everytime there is an issue with a booking as the app doesnt show them.

Like others it won't let me log in. I did forget password request and it would just spin and not go anywhere. I downloaded it for my IPhone and it worked flawless. Please fix the login issue for Android so I don't need to carry 2 phones.

Unable to link mobile, send sms otp is crashing. When it works, never received the sms. Linking mobile is such a pain, have to scroll through the entire list of countries, terrible user interface.

Worst payment app ever, after registering my email it takes one day to make it works, the error message registering my phone just was an error occurred has to call the admin, after all day losing against this app I had to pay with my own credit card, I hope this will work tomorrow and my payment get refund, I'm at foreign country and needing this app to pay my hotel.

These people should not be allowed to write programs. If you need an example of how not to engineer an application for human use this is an excellent example.. Hire a human engineer to rewrite your interface and you might get more than 1 star from me.

It won't let me register for an account because it says the correct password is invalid. It then locked me out of my account which doesn't exist, prohibiting me from registering for an account and using the service.

truly awful experience. passwords, security questions, FIVE digit pin numbers... all to show a hotel room booking. I use this App once in a blue moon and have to reset PIN every time. Avoid

• Have installed this app on my own risk. Their official website doesn't contain a link to Google Play store. • App has buttons with no hints. One cannot tap-and-hold button with a view to see its description. Definitely a bad design
