Useless. No trip details shown at all. Support team not replying.
Update: Still useless. I don't see these screen shots or have any features as shown here on the launch page. I see only 2 screens, a welcome screen, and another with my name and build number. I have no settings, or anything. The ticket is still open and unresolved and tech wants to close the ticket unresolved. Dissatisfied. Doesn't sync with my authorization like the previous version. I asked for help 3 days ago and still don't have any upcoming trips showing. I expect improvements ASAP.
The new version is pathetic! It's beauty without brains! :( Who needs all the jazzy looks, with no functionality! Especially the ones that was available in the previous version. You don't have the traveler's name or the booking reference shown in the app, this was handy for airport entry and a quick reference at the kiosk for boarding pass and web-check-in. If you can help me roll back to the previous version, it would be of help!
I really like the UI, clean and simple. Also like the trip overview view with the card stack, convenient and easy to navigate. But there search function has a pretty severe bug. Tap the "from airport" field and the app immediately crashes. This happens EVERY time. Have force-stopped the app, cleared cache, reinstalled et.c. but same thing always happens. I'm on an S9+ now with Android 9/Pie, but it did the same thing with Android 8/Oreo, and also on my earlier S7 Edge with Oreo 😫😫😫
Won't download itineraries automatically or when sent manually, so it's worthless to me.
Simple function like the calendar sync doesn't work anymore. Tried to contact the support twice and no response.
Lacks Basic Functionality. Thought I'd try this TripSource app since my work uses BCD travel. I've been a "TripIt pro" subscriber for years. This app doesn't pull in your name & AA Flight record # into the AA check-in page. That is an immediate no go for me. That's 1 of the main things I look for from basic automation functionality. Scrape the info you have on my trip & auto-populate it for me. Seems extra basic yet this app fails miserably. Don't waste ur time; uninstall.
Just attempted to open app to book a trip and the app claims my device is 'Jailbroken', which it is not. Seeing how this how I'm supposed to book travel arrangements it is quite frustrating. My phone was recently updated to a newer version of Android through the OEM OTA update. This is not a jailbroken/rooted device. Please fix this nonsense so I can use the app.
This new version has terrible navigation, no fingerprint ID to open, and no longer automatically loads booked travel. I've uninstalled it. The previous version was so very useful...now im using a comination paper info and the airline ap. Bring back the last version, please!
Hardly useful. Some things can't be booked, and reservations made outside the app can't be added manually. So, guess what, you have to keep organizing those emails anyway.
Absolutely useless! It's pretty, but useless. It only crashes when you use it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still crashes every time. Don't waste your time downloading.
Can't travel without it. Easy to use, sleek design and all my travel info automatically populates as and when I book. Including my changes. It's literally a mobile travel assistant!
By far the worst travel app available. I'm pretty sure the government had it's hand in creating it. There are so many problems that make it so difficult to book a flight. So much time wasted. Hopefully you don't have to use it for work and if you do hopefully you get paid by the hour.
What happened? This used to be useful. All I see now are two screens. One has my username displayed and the other talks of past trips. What I care about are future and current trips. It's been this way for the last two updates including just 10 minutes ago.
Very helpful for keeping me updated in real time about my trip reservation and itineraries. In case of any incident there us a button where I can quickly mark myself as safe. I really recommend this app!
i keep trying to pull company information like business unit address and gst numbers in different states in India. but this app just wouldn't show me the info. it's frustrating and an endless wait to see if the page will load. can't even find an emergency number

Love this app, it has not connected my account and unable to show me my booked trips, but I was getting notifications. Other than that hiccup, I love the app.
It simply doesn't work! It seems to be stuck on the splash page (animated arcs with the title "Tripsource").
Useless...it's not showing the trips booked via BCD. And it impossible to add a trip manually.
This is so bad it hurts! It won't import most bookings. What's more, ironically, the service refuses to import any bookings made through BCD.
Got a notification that my trip that I just booked is available. When I go into the app, nothing is there.
Tried to make an account it sends me a email to my email account that says email not found. Funny how did it send me a message if I wasn't found. SMH
The latest update has made this worse. I am stuck on the upcoming trip. There is no way to look at messages or any other information.
Terrible. It shows my itinerary, but where are my tickets? No way to get them, it seems. If that's not what this app is for, then what's the point?
Unfortunately this app has some issues, actually it won't show you the information when you need it. - Extremely slow to start. - Won’t let you see messages when you need to. - Complains about jail-broken phone. - Doesn’t start without internet. - Doesn’t allow taking a screenshot. So more in detail. It's extremely slow to load and seems to refuse to start-up without an active internet connection. You need to enter every single time your password to see your information. It also doesn't want to run on a “jail-broken device” (which it also detects wrongly it seems) so you have to hide it in case your phone would be rooted. Making a quick screenshot to share your part of the trip with your relatives is not allowed. But the worst thing is that when you receive a push notification about your flight and you want to read it, you can’t. It's blocked by the app itself who suddenly realized there is an update and forces you to do that first! Excuse me, I’m on a data roaming plan in a foreign country and pay 12€/MB and you force me to update this app of 87MB? That’s one expensive message… I can only conclude this app hasn’t been made nor tested by people who actually travel. It has currently absolutely no added value, in contrary.
