Nice app. Will experience a small issue with it every now and then but overall I like the app
I had a few issue. Contacted support and updated. I like that this works automatically. I that's what I wanted. I dont have time to tell an app when I'm driving and when I'm not. Gives me records for my mileage. Update is great for me.
Like others, I liked this at first, but due to a different app issue I had to factory reset my phone. I reinstalled all my apps and logged in to trip tagger. All of my trips were gone! I was able to use the export feature to find the previous ones, but they no longer show in the app. At least I was able to salvage the old ones through that export. There is no customer support link in the app or their website that I can find. Overall I think this is a good concept for an app, but with no web interface or support and many users reporting the same issue (lost trips), I would look for a more reliable app.
This app was great, but after some update I can't find any of my trips. This is going to mess me up big time! Instead of saving me time, it's going to cost me twice the time. I'm incredibly frustrated. I've tried exporting as others have mentioned, but it does nothing. I sent an email to the developer and I hope that there is an easy solution. I'll updated this review if there is a solution to my problem.
But now the app will not let me click on the private or business tabs. If I try it kicks me out. I'm hoping they fix this because it WAS a great app until that issue happened, and I would have rated it 5 stars. I have sent multiple emails, and "reports" to no avail. I really don't want to have to hunt for a new app but if the issue isn't fixed soon, I'll have no choice. :-(
Lost all of my trips for the year. What a waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS APP
This is the exact app I was looking for. I wanted an automatic log of the start and end time of my commute, as well as have a map of the route. No other free app had these features. Well deserved 5 stars
Lost all of my mileage for the year once I reached over 1000 miles. App kept kicking me out.
Well every filter is turned off or should i say they are all selected but I'm unable to export log
I have good response in Guatemala and USA. My records were accurated and precise. New updates are working super.
Seemed to work really well. After a week, I checked my stats and all my trips except for the current day were missing.
good one! drive log app which is actually mobile friendly-
it got my drives and that is all i care about..
Good not great. Most times app does not record trips automatically or detect movement of the vehicle. App has very nice features if it only worked would be 5 star app.
