* OBDII **TripTracker is able to connect directly to your car so that it can read the odometer and calculate the distance traveled. This allows TripTracker to write your mileage logbook 100% synchronized with your car. In addition, various parameters and the error memory can be read.To use this feature, you don’t need to change your car! You just require a WIFI or Bluetooth adapter which is plugged in to the cars OBDII interface. Installation is very easy since in most modern cars the OBDII interface is directly beneath the steering wheel.

* Security **TripTracker provides complete and correct data collection. The mileage logbook’s integrity is ensured by various hash and encryption algorithm. Each entry has its own checksum to guarantee that it isn't changed afterwards or outside of TripTracker. The generated PDF can be signed by one of our servers to ensure that it can't be modified.

* Privacy **In contrary to most other systems all the collected data is your property. It is not stored somewhere abroad on a Server or a Cloud. The mileage logbook is on your phone in a local high performance SQL database.TripTracker does not sell or analyze your mileage logbook!!

Fantastic app, take 5 min to set it up correctly and it is perfect. Once you have set it up, all you need to do is mark trip as "personal" "business" etc, add a note ( if you wish to do so) and all done! There are also many other functions that i can see but haven't explored yet, so far so good :)
Used for more than 2 years on Samsung Note 3 - worked perfectly. Recently updated to new phone Galaxy 9 Plus - after installation never recorded mileage and keep crashing almost on each click. purchased in-app OBD plug-in same luck, purchased monthly subscription for Pro version - again same crashes. Upsetting. Could be great app, but doesn't work on new android system. Therefore one star only....
I have to turn in mileage reports monthly at work. I used to just write it down on paper, but I was bad doing it every time. This app takes care of that absent-mindedness. It also makes it easier to turn in my monthly report, since I can export that information instead of entering it all myself
I'll give it 5 stars because it works great for me with the automatic OBD start function. very helpful to print out trio data to different file formats and I also like the charts with bar graphs. One little problem. milage suddenly changed by its self and not sure why it happend. If app developer could please contact me.
Very good logbook app. Has everything that I need. One of the most important features for me is that it's accepted by the authorities and the pdf can be signed so it makes sure that it cannot be changed afterwards. That's great! I had an issue with the purchase of the PRO version and Stefan helped right away and was very attentive. Keep on the good job Stefan!

Excellent app. Efficient, simple to use and quick to set up. Has lots of useful features, the interface is clean and intuitive and all the measurements and vehicle information is customisable. Can't find a single fault.
I recommend it to everyone and anyone. I would love an option for business drives to be done between set time periods so I don’t have to log them(I stop and start my car a lot, sometimes driving .1-.4 miles in neighborhoods).
I find this to be a great benefit as a trip recorder. My one critism ( could be I have a setting wrong) is if you have a break in a trip the auto initiates via bluetooth, it does not seem to auto resume , apart from that it is fantastic.
I have lost my data from January 2018, or maybe 19. But it is gone. Can I get this back somehow? Edit. Ok I found my backup, it says it worked when imported but nothing shows. Backup was created with version 8.4.3 build number 843843. Thanks Changed to 1 star because no response.
This is an app Im finding. There are many apps about read the odometer and calculate the distance traveled, but actually this the best ever. With unique features. This is high equalitial technology product I’m searching!
To use this feature, you dont need to modify your car! You just require a Bluetooth adapter which is plugged in to the cars OBDII interface. Super simple!
It’s so convenient for me that TripTracker works automatically. I don’t have to open or turn it on many times. Once I connected it with my car, it has worked stably since then.

Can't even create a car without bluetooth and my car doesn't have that....update...rude response for all critical reviews I see now including mine. If it won't set up easily like the one I now found, then I choose less stars and this is not misuse as there are no rules for reviews. CHEERS
the app does what it says, which is good. It's sometimes slow to fill in either start or end address of the trip, so the "update/reload" button needs to be tapped more than once, which is annoying, same with the distance calculator, which sometimes makes an error of 0.1km and then annoys me (saying that I made an error) to update it by tapping on the "=" button (that is if I haven't spotted the error in the first place and done the "update tap" already. But one thing I can say and that is the main reason for giving only 2 stars rating, is the fact that the DESCRIPTION DOESN'T LET US KNOW THAT EXPORT IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT PAYING A HEFTY AU$8.79. It's not that much about money, but now I've used the app for months without knowing it. Now that I need the document as a hard copy, I'm being forced to pay the price, otherwise my data is useless. If I knew upfront that the export will cost money, maybe I would look for a (cheaper) alternative. I know it's business, yet being honest and upfront with your customers should be part of it, too.
