Already bought "unlimited" and during my travel last months I was not able to download any content. Now they replaced the app with a dummy app pushing you to a site where you can give them your email address and you will get the content you already bought for, but only for one year! They want you are paying now for unlimited time. Looks like COVID is an excuse for everything.
I was intending to install this on my Kindle (a.new.one), but although it says it's compatible with all my devices, it then.only shows my phone on the list of devices to install it on. I also looked.separately on.My ipad,.amd.it showed i could install it, but there were two different prices for the unlimited package! Special offer was shown as £9.99 on Google play and £8.99 on apple. If I buy it on apple.is it still available in my Samsung phone? I've seen reviews 're kindle/tripwolf, but can't seem to get it! Annoying to say the least!
I bought the unlimited version of this app almost a year ago and have enjoyed it greatly until today. Today I went to download a new guide and was asked to pay for it. I already bought the unlimited version so I shouldn't need to. After checking that I was indeed logged in and the app still recognized my unlimited purchase and pressed the help button to ask a staff member about the problem but the page no longer exists.
It ia not worth the price. You can get all the information from that app and even more for free by using Triposo., I was travelling through many countries in south east asia and the premium guides were of no use for me...
Excellent app. Love how it is updated constantly. Used it in Vegas last year. Will use it again in Arizona this year. I purchased the full app. Well worth it.

Already owned content gone, they have merged with another app and it seems there is no way to transfer the ownership between the two...
Can't restore purchase, support pages are unavailable. It looks like they went dark after they sold their discounted "unlimited" package.
Just buy the life time version. It's often on sale. I've enjoyed tripwolf for years now.
So disapppointed..since i,ve bought this app it crashes EVERY time I use it or try to download my offline maps and photos..
This is a paid application with a useless price charge..bad experience not impressive less useful. Absolutely rubbish and worthless
I bought a brasil premium guide and I couldn't download photos for brasil and keep telling me that something went wrong...
Really good app with awesome clean UI...a pity they are closing shop due to the Covid-19 situation....what a real pity

If you intend to extensively tour, i.e. Europe, what an advantage it is to have all this information on your smartphone/tablet, at your fingertips.
App is improved with the addition of audio phrase books. Would happily pay more for increased country content.

I really tried to make this work, I really did. It does not have my hotel in the "add homebase " option and I can not add it. Pinning it or typing in the address does nothing. I wanted to see what attractions are near me and it shows me things literally from halfway around the island, I thought I sorted it the wrong way but either way it simply does not work. I payed for the full guide and I can not use it. It does not have all hotels and sights and the add per Adress option does not work. I would not recommend it.
All you need for travelling
Very very basic tourist information and mainly advertising local businesses. Tried to use it once where we are (Murcia) and it was rubbish
This app is pretty poor. They've tried to pull info from other sources without really adding much value and overall I wouldn't use it beyond a very course initial look at where I was going. Misses lots of key attractions.
Good app with tons of features. Unfortunately I can't add custom places to my day plans like bus stops, transportation from the airport etc. (the pins just don't appear in my day plan). Also I don't see a way to save my travel documents in the trip. And it's a pitty that the app is full of bugs: map isn't loading, nothing happens when I press the plus button to add a place from the map, routes in the day plans are just no loading etc. Please fix, then it would be a great app
