You can purchase tickets for travel by bus, express boat or ferry in Troms County for the travel routes and zones that are available via the app. The tickets are valid from the time you confirm your purchase.
As a traveller, it’s your responsibility to ensure you buy a ticket for the correct zone, route and age category. If you are in doubt, please contact one of our customer service centres before you buy your ticket.
You must ensure that there is available space on the boat / ferry before you buy your ticket. Buying a ticket does not guarantee you a seat. (The seat guarantee only applies on bus routes 100 and 150.)

Horrible user experience. Lags and hangs constantly. App needs server contact -all the time-, and for everything. Loses server contact constantly. Did I mention it lags and hangs constantly? Never knows how many minutes a ticket purchase will take. Lags and hangs constantly. Poor UI.
I downloaded it, it says 100% complete but doesn't open at the app store nor has any thumbnail on my phone. Basically gets downloaded but never installs. Horrible experience
bought a bunch of bus tickets so didn't pay the £2 foreign transaction fee every time or have to use expensive data when at a bus stop. £20 worth of tickets expired within an hour and a half of buying them.
Can't register with non-Norwegian phone number. The code never arrives. Otherwise could be a nice and useful app.
I've used many different ticket apps in Norway and abroad. This is the worst.

Will not allow me to add a connected user, the app just ignores the instructions. Won't show tickets when offline, despite having an expiry timer.

The SMS code is a problem when you travel from another country. So it's a shame...
Worst app ever. WTW as are useless.
It's great and clean, this is the future of bus travel. However, the spinning animation doesn't work always and battery saver stops it. Plus you can actually take a screenshot of the ticket, so I don't blame the driver for just telling me off. There's a manifest setting for activities to stop screenshots fyi, and you should definitely not rely on just an animation (he wouldn't accept the QR code) as not all phones will show it and you can disable animations and then not have a clue what the driver is talking about if you're not Norwegian. So yea, good app, just fix that and make it secure. Try the app Hopsta if you come to London ✌️
Lovely to find out that you need to update the app to buy a ticket when you are about to get in the bus. Also lovely that the updating does not work, specially when you are on a rush. At least have the courtesy to notify your users if you make these kind of changes. I missed three busses because I couldn't buy the ticket, thanks for that.
Had to transfer 200kr to buy one ticket, which I couldn't use. Ticket expires in 2 hours and it is not stated anywhere, thought it is valid for a day. No way to refund unused money.

Buses are never on time, they either depart too late or too early. It is just insane. The apps start up slowly on fast devices and generally everything associated with Nobina will let you down.

Combine this app with Troms Reise and add other type of tickets, like a monthly ticket and others.
Doesn't work without internet. Why not to save a ticket and show it when offline? Ticket for ferry is valid for 2 hours after purchasing (!!!) what's the reason for that? No notice about this before you pay. Can't cancel after payment. At least staff knows about it and accepts expired ticket. So there is no sense to do it this way. Very disappointed.
