Terrible app. every time I try it says content not available?????? Based on other reviews I'm not alone. Give me a break Tropicana if you can't maintain an app. then get rid of it!!!!
Isnt no way this casino should have their customers to use this app only..give their customers the mail out promotions they like there competitors do..doing it this way forces us[custmers]to the section where they print playing cards n boy thtz hassel within itself-meaning the ladies arent never friendly i mean never only to ones they know..these ladies dont provide any assistance other than printing new/replcement cards with frown on their faces esp to the older customers its terrible.
does not link to account, suddenly says password or account number incorrect. Went to AC and they couldn't help.
Unable to log in. Installed then uninstalled several times and still no luck. Unsure of what to do at this point.
Im trying to open my account for tropicana and it keeps sending me to ceasars rewards, i dont have that card i only have trop advantage.

The lady working the floor was very rude when i asked fot help with a petsonal problem I was very humiliated she made sure everyone in bathroom heard nobody desetves to be treated like that

Like seeing offers , points daily but the app has a few bugs that need to be worked on. Having to uninstall and re-enter my number bc it says it doesnt exist. Turn it over to me I have ppl that will design a great App....
