Trophy Bingo

Cute game with an adorable concept but needs A LOT of work. I tried to restore a previous game account and it just glitches and doesn't let me move the board, I can either start at the beginning or skip to the very end making it impossible to see what levels I need to go through. Getting bingos on higher levels where you need multiple objectives to complete the level is impossible unless you want to spend money. Wasn't worth the hassle so I just uninstalled for good.

It is a fun game when you get a real chance to play it. But there's a few glitches in it the icon to watch a short add on video for free credits that's never available. Plus if you purchase credits you need to make sure you gettem. I'm still waiting on the credits I purchased???

When i first started game, i loved it. Have even purchased additional game items. Now however, after attempting to contact their help desk 3TIMES, the game all of a sudden will not load at all. Im very frustrated as ive spent money but yet cant access the game. NOT HAPPY!

I love the game but I cant watch videos to get more diamonds since the last update. I have uninstalled it and restarted my phone and nothing. If you can fix this bug (if it is) it would be wonderful.

not sure how many times I need to level up/rescue a dog, in order to unlock/play with more than 2 bingo cards, but it's irritating.. playing with less than 4 cards is pointless.. please fix this or explain what's going on please..... Thank You

If I could lower than 1 star I would have!! I have spent money on purchasing gems and their specials, and almost 2 weeks later am still waiting to either get my items or my money back. They are fast to take your money, but you get nothing in return. Don't bother playing!!!

Your Trophy Bingo is not operating it just goes forever in a circle and never connects. I have been playing since 2018 and haven't been able to in 2019 and 2020. Could you please fix the program for me to continue playing. Thank you. Susan

I purchased extra diamonds , was charged twice. but didn't receive the diamonds . Tried emailing customer support, have not heard back yet. Other than that this is a fun game, but some levels take forever to pass, and alot of times your cards don't have many numbers that were called.

I guess im not the only one having trouble with purchases I love this game and would give it 5 stars if it didnt take my money and never give me my purchases also Ive emailed them several times with no response!!!!

I absolutely love this game but it is so annoying at the same time, because of its problem with connection to the internet. PLEASE FIX THIS MAJOR PROBLEM. THANKS Christina

Purchased diamonds for the game it said purchased failed. I tried it again and it said it failed again. I did not get the diamonds and I was charged twice. Trying to get customer support was useless.

I would give 5 starz but when u run outta diamonds it say you can get more by watchin a video but ive been playin for almost a week and not one video plays it has always said none avalible so other than that great i would like that fixed or soon ima have to delete

It's really enjoyable and love rescuing the pups but when I go watch a ad earn gems game shuts down. Only time I watch ads get something.

I've tried to download this app on two different devices and they both come up saying there was a problem downloading I've trie several times

Entertaing and interesting. Save the dogs and get extra points.easy to play. Very enjoyable

This game cheats alot lost 1000 diamonds trying to play one level at not get one # to come up to get a bingo just the center # block the entire game and if a #do comes up I only have 2# blocked UNINSTALLED ASAP

Love love love this game I am just having problems getting my in app purchases though but other than that this game is so fun.
