Tropical Rewards App

I just updated the app and I can't use it at all. It just sits with a smoothie blinking at the started up screen. I hate this, now I probably won't get any more smoothies as that's the only way I ordered them. Wish I could revert back to the old version. I've tried deleting it, reinstalling it, cleared cache, cleared data and nothing is working. I have a Note 10. I don't even have a way to contact Tropical Smoothie to get help with this!

Needs a ton of work. The Facebook login integration does not work/connect. Password reset send an email with a link you have to copy and paste rather than click a reset button. Customer service through the app does not respond. Lastly every other time you try to checkout with the card saved in the app it gives some cryptic error. Hopefully the next version is better.

The smoothies are fresh fruity and delicious they give a burst of energy and a great source of vitamins and nutrients and it's a variety of choices there is definitely something for everyone even the kids. And the new look of the app is great btw! Very pleased!!

If your looking for a new place to try smoothies, this is the place!! I love it here, but that's my opinion😁❤!! Try it out for yourself!! Also on the app you can make your smoothie not as sweet if you can't have a lot of sugars, just saying!! ❤

The was great at first but as of a month ago there are some issues. You are suppose to be able to substitute fruit from drinks but some smoothies the choose isn't there (Acia berry smoothie). Now if you turn your phone sideways in the middle of an order the app erases your order and stays on the company splash page. An update is definitely needed

No longer able to order thru the app, favorite orders are no longer saved, payment methods are missing. I tried four times to complete an order only to get through the entire process, attempt to submit payment and the app either shuts down completely, or it says I need to enter a pickup time, which mysteriously disappears after you go to the next screen. Very frustrating!

This is a good app, simple to use and there are no irritating pop-ups or ads. The only thing i don't like is that it doesn't allow you to scan more than 2 receipts for your purchase rewards in a 24 hour period, not only that but it is often incorrect because it could be 5 days since your last receipt scan and it still won't let you scan the receipt in for your rewards points. It's happened to me a number of times. Also, I don't like that there's no option to pay cash in store 4 ordering ahead!

Great app, needs QoL features. There is currently no way to pay with gift cards through the app. There aren't really any rewards other than $5 off for every $55 you spend. The free supplements are nice for protein, but the highest tier is very lackluster compared to the likes of Chic-fil-a. The interface could use an update. If your phone screen tilts it wipes your order which is more than annoying when handing your phone to friends.

I seem to need to add my payment information each time I order. I look back at my profile just prior to placing an order and it has all my information and yet it still forces me to add payment information each time. Kind of takes away a lot of the reason I use this app.

The app has been pretty easy to use, but I cannot access the offers or rewards. It tells you to select the offer at checkout, but there's no option to do so at checkout. It would be nice to take advantage of some of the deals, and would probably encourage me to stop in more often. Those smoothies are damn good.

I updated the app because it told me to now I can't log in I can't get a reset password . I can't use my rewards and I was so close to energized level not happy at all . Warning to all users do not update your app.

App doesn't work, when I press how I want my order delivery or pickup it force closes. Now that we can only order by using this app and not door dash or anything else, it's super annoying. Paid for a year of dash pass only for them to stop taking orders on door dash. Really don't want to download an app for every restaurant we order from. Edit: still won't work, press delivery option and screen goes to tropical smoothie sign and then force closes. Useless app.

The app is convenient and I love the rewards; however, the system does not always update the app scan and there is no way to submit "missed" scans for transactions. That update would get this review "5 stars!" 😊 ** Update: The new bar codes on the bottom of the receipt give an "invalid code" error if you need to scan (or manually input) after your visit. Please fix this!

I love the resteraunt but I've got some issues. For one, if I want to cancel an order I have to call the resteraunt, which is automatically predatorial because that relies on there actually being someone who will answer the phone which 9/10 dosent happen. So there's no way to actually cancel the order. You can call corporate and sit on the phone for 10 mins, but by then, they will say "Im sorry the order has already been made we cannot cancel" which wouldn't have happened if someone picked up

I can no longer order any of my favorite smoothies with the app. I have to go in to order. Please put health nut and blueberry bliss smoothies back on the app.

Great app broken with new system. Log in with Facebook option doesn't complete now, so I can't retrieve old points/level or scan receipt.

The old app was simpler, required less clicks and just worked. You "improved" something that didn't need improvement.
