I LOVE that it counts down to take a picture of checks for mobile deposit. Can't tell you how many times I've struggled to hold the phone steady while I tried to push the picture button, thus having to REtake the pictures!
App even better than before. Mobile deposit was very easy. Transfer funds between accounts is seamless. Truliant got it right this time! Other credit unions should take note.
Often have trouble with mobile check deposits, mainly getting the image of the back to take. Otherwise love it. Finally got the back of the image to work by turning it upside down, opposite the way the arrow for endorsement is pointing.
This app is very easy to navigate and very convenient for someone who is not too advanced with technology like myself but advanced enough.
Used to be a very good app. Every since the update, that new Credit Card feature is always down. Seeing that "Error" message is becoming to common
Mobile Check deposits take forever & I have to take the pic like 15 to 20 times. Fix that TFCU your better than that! Love the bank tho, but that needs to be fixed!
Good app. But noticed since the update. The logo has been changes in different parts of the app. But not hearing anything about a logo change for the company
I Love ❤ mobile deposit! It's quick and easy along with all other banking services that are provided through the app.
ADS! It'd gain two more stars if it didn't have built-in product promotion in the form of popup ads that are difficult to swipe out of my face like a pestering fly. It's nice aside from the ads. You'll get no less than 3 popup product promotions during the process to take pictures of a single check. Marketing ruins everything it touches.
I like the app but I absolutely HATE the loan ads that popup as soon as I log in when all I want to do is check my balance.
The app is great! However, if you have more than 1 account, i.e., business account and a personal account, and you're using the app to go back and forth from one to the other, It gets complicated. It doesn't allow you to do without headache the option to freely go from one to another. It keeps the wrong sign in info and doesn't recognize your password.
When I first downloaded the app, I loved it. I've had to use banking apps from several other banks and it was by far the best one. It was easy to navigate, the UI was easy to read, and I never had any problems finding charges. But, ever since the most recent update, it's honestly one of, if not the worst banking app I've used. Charges are no longer split by date, everything is just black text and badly seperated making it hard to differentiate. Very disappointing after how great it's been.
Convenient, but I wish the deposit feature could be used for larger amounts. The brick & mortar bank moved to a highly inconvenient place & I have to take time off work to get there before it closes because of horrible traffic, so it would help to be able to deposit ALL my checks with the app. Also, there was no notification about the "new" endorsement requirement, so that delayed a deposit for me!
It's been a marvalous relationship with truliant fcu. Whether it be in person, on the mobile app, or by phone. In the app I have had nothing but good things that have helped me more without stepping foot into the branch. It has been convenient yet super easy to make my day. At times there might be little glitches.... But within a few moments its up and running. With newer technology we can adapt to the vast many more coming our way for easy access. Thank you truliant for always being by my side.
I love the app and it is so convenient to use for transfers and just overall usage. The one thing I would say is that many other big bank apps have more advance features. Kinda feels like I'm behind when speaking to those who have other apps, but that is understandable knowing that this is a FCU which is more personalized than national conglomerates, so I don't mind the bells and whistles. It would be nice to advance the options in the future!
Very easy. Like the automatic pic focus and captures pic.
Works good but update make funny changes that causes it to not resopnd over all its well put together wish you leave well enough alone.
The new layout of transactions is not attractive. The bold font is very unappealing. Please go back to the way it used to look. Everything else about the app is wonderful. It's very easy to use. I especially like the quick balance screen. Just fix the transaction pages and it would be 5 stars.
Updated review...was finally able to set up more with Go To My Card for my credit card, however it isn't a smooth process. It isn't as user friendly as my other banking services. It requires more searching around the app. I repeatedly get the message in the Go To My Card that I have been signed out when I have not truly been signed out of the app. Once you hit X on this message you can still navigate in the app so be careful you are truly signed out when done.
The mobile check deposit is problematic. It used to be very easy and convenient. Now for some reason it hardly ever reads the back of the check. Whatever changes they made have really downgraded the technology. Its annoying to take 10+ pictures of the back of the check every time.
The check deposit feature is very nice, when it works. Maybe it's the camera on my cellphone, but there are some checks that are very hard to please the app with. I also don't care for the way many, if not most, checks are listed only by check number, with no indication of payee. If I need to make sure a check has cleared, I usually don't have the checkbook with me to search by number.
I love being able to transfer money from one account to another with ease the process is immediately done no waiting at all now that's Tru service.😁

App keeps closing and then when loads says can't review accout due to tech issues
It saves a lot of time with the mobile check deposit, since ATMs are sometimes a hassle.
The camera function should be much easier. Other than that, the mobile app works well.
No complaints except you definitely need to add a function to report/freeze cards lost or stolen. I lost mine and realized it while driving. Panicked at 7am I searched the app for a function to freezemy card or similar and there was nothing. A Google search told me I had to go on the full website. I tried to log on but didn't remember my password since I use biometric login on the app. I had to reset my password. Then the report fraud area looks like it's only for fraud! 7am no one to call..
